I've been a member for quite a while now and I only have positive things to say about Premier America and their amazing customer service. The staff at the Westlake Village office helped me with my auto loan and every person I've contacted was super helpful, easy to reach, and quick to respond. Shout out to Philip for coordinating my loan so quickly for a time-sensitive purchase!

I love love love Premier America location in Thousand Oaks. They may not have the fanciest office but they have very kind, friendly employees who are super efficient and can get the job done. I just lost my mother and had to close the account. It was super difficult for me since the last time I had been in Premier it was with my mom. They were very compassionate and expressed their condolences. This meant a great deal to me that it wasn't all about business. Michael and Monica are awesome!!

Yes they are courteous and nice at this bank however they do not offer hand sanitizer or does it look like they wipe any of their public desk, tables, or pens down. I still prefer chase bank who always has their customers health and safety in mind especially during this pandemic time

two months now and still can't transfer money between accounts. Every time I try it fails and then I email and then they respond by saying they have escalated the issue and then they close the email and I hear nothing. this is the biggest joke "bank" ever. run.

I recently decided to get a new car, so I decided to finance it through Premier America. They gave me a great interest rate for my loan and they made the entire process very easy and stress free! I really appreciate that!!! Buying a car can be so stressful! Dana and Alice are the two ladies that helped me through the process. They are angels. They are always so helpful and answer all 100 thousand questions that I have. They are always so welcoming and friendly. I am so happy I made the decision to finance my car through Premier America! Smart $ decision and their customer service is a 10 for sure!

Best banking in town. We have had a lot of fraudulent charges on our credit cards. Now someone has written checks that Henry and all the crew have caught the Forged signature while it was being deposited. Very grateful for EVERYONE at PAFCU. HAPPY Turkey Day!

I'm pretty happy with the service and benefits at Premier. I have been a member since Premier purchased Telesis Credit Union a few years back and Telesis members became part of the Premier family. I love that Alice and Gabe know me, and usually have my account info pulled up by the time I make it to the window. It seems that I always have complicated transactions (I have multiple business accounts) but they are always patient and helpful.There are frequently new faces at the Westlake branch, but I guess that's what happens when the company is growing and people need to get trained. In my experience, Premier hires friendly, intelligent staff, so if my transaction takes a little longer while the new kids are learning, that's okay - I'm willing to wait.

I have been a member for almost 20 years, service is getting terrible. I know they are trying to grow, but at cost of service to the members? I hate to say that some of commercial banks have better service than “Premier America CUâ€. Branches don't answer their phone, and when you call 800 # they don't announce themselves and give you attitude of - why are you calling us (this happened more than couple time to me - not an isolated case). It will be a hassle for me to move from them, but I am already thinking about it.
