We used Polestar for our house loan and they were fantastic. Our agent was George Zink, and he made the whole experience so easy. He was friendly and was always happy and willing to answer any and all questions I had. He always responded quickly and was always available for a quick phone call if I had any questions that I needed clarification for. I felt very comfortable the entire time and I am very happy we chose Polestar!

Simply put, we were AMAZED by Polestar and George. I got a referral from a trustworthy client, and I was a little worried because we weren't buying like a mansion (just a smaller home), but George gave us personalized attention from start to finish. He worked seamlessly with my agent and was able to answer any questions I had (very accessible... even on weekends). Our mortgage was not the simplest (co-signer, POAs, 1099 income, credit issues)... so there were some hurdles, but George never lost faith. Definitely reach out to Polestar Mortgage the next time you are buying or re-financing a home.

We were referred to Polestar by a relative and have used them for two home purchases and refinances. The customer service is exceptional. George is professional and responsive, and runs every scenario to find you the best deal. Our last escrow extended beyond the lender's timeframe, and George graciously went above and beyond to get us into our home at our original rate. We're very grateful to him!

George is a true professional and is clearly experienced/ knowledgeable about what he does. As an agent, I deal with lenders all of the time and I can confidently say George's proactive and communicative style of doing business is second to none. While typically I am tracking down lenders, following up to make sure things are getting done on time, this is not the case with George. In fact, George was one step ahead the entire escrow process. He even went above and beyond to help my clients after closing. I personally have used George for my own lending needs and he spent the time to talk us through our options and find an answer to our needs. Once in escrow, he ensured nothing slipped through the cracks and kept us informed every step of the way. Simply put, George is great at what he does!

Working with Polestar has been nothing short of a phenomenal experience. We have worked with Dru on multiple refinances and home purchase throughout the last few years and will continue to work with him for as long as he’s willing to work with us. He has made every transaction easy, digestible, and most importantly we have always been able to trust that he is meticulous and has our best interest. We’ve used Polestar Mortgage for several home loans and a few more refinances. George knocked it out of the park every time. He’s always very responsive and explains the process clearly. President of Polstar George personally took care of my loans .I have used Polstar Mortgage multiple times, and definitely exceeds my expectations!He treated my loan like as if it was his.Thing about George, he really cares about your long term and well being of your family or your situations.He explains in a simple terms. And he lets you compare with other lenders, and every time he beats it or comes up with ideas that other lenders or me haven’t thought about it.He gives you multiple scenarios and let you decide without rushing you through.Several times he has sacrificed he’s cost to give us a better deal.Hands down, I will not go with anyone else!
