Highly recommend Planatek Financial!! My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and didn't really know exactly what we were doing. Planatek has done it again!!! This time turning around my loan application in a solid 21 days flat!!! Roshe and her team's expert and knowledgeable work gave me everything I needed to compete in today's real estate market and secure an investment property and close ON TIME!!! I have worked with Planatek for over 20 years and have ALWAYS been more than satisfied with the service that they provide. Ms. Roshe Barooni and her team are incredible. We had a great experience recently applying for loan. Every time I called, the person on the other end was super polite and nice and knowledgeable. They were excellent in communicating ahead of time what was needed. They would email and call to keep us informed. Ms Roshe even called internationally several times during her vacation and was in constant email communication. This is by far the fastest and easiest loan approval process we experienced. I highly recommend them to everyone

We have worked with Planatek Financial for financing 3 separate homes. The transactions were for new loans and also refinancing existing loans. In each case Planatek provided competitive rates. Just as importantly was the attention to detail and quick responses when we had inquiries. They worked with the underwriters to make sure all aspects of the process went according to plan and on time. Roshe and Dana are particularly terrific!! Obviously, we highly recommend Planatek.

I can't recommend Dana enough! I am a realtor, 6+ years in the business, 20+ transactions per year - so I work with A LOT of lenders and I was SO incredibly impressed by Dana. She is prompt, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. She is such a team player... and thanks to her, we are closing escrow a week early! I look forward to working with her again in the future.

We cannot speak highly enough of the experience that we had with Planatek Financial. Our loan was very tough and the lender had one objection after the other, but Simone handled all dilemmas for us and did not give up. She persevered and ultimately made the loan happen. Simone and her team went out of their way and devoted so much time and effort to having the loan approved for us. We absolutely did not feel like we were working with strangers, but rather felt like they were our family and always on our side. They helped us tremendously personally and professionally. They are genuinely good people and we walked away from this experience feeling good about humanity. The treatment we received felt less business and more personal. We feel inspired by their goodness and hope to give back to the world just as these folks do. A genuine thanks from the bottom of our hearts.

Planatek assisted us with a re-fi in 2012, so I called them in December 2020 about doing another re-fi. My re-fi closed in late January 2021, about 6 weeks after my initial inquiry. Well done!
