My husband and I have been with State Farm - Paul Ricatto's office, for over 23 years for our automobile and homeowner's insurance. The entire team, especially Windi and Casey, are incredibly communicative and very helpful. This office runs a professional and proficient practice. Prior to signing up with State Farm for our homeowner's insurance, we shopped around and we found that their rates were very reasonable. We are extremely satisfied with the services they provide and will be lifetime clients. If you're looking for an insurance company who is fair and treats their clients like family, then look no further, Paul Ricatto and Team is hands down the best insurance company you will find.

I've been a client of theirs for both renter's and car insurance for some years now. They've always been great - very knowledgeable and responsive. I can't recall a time that they ever didn't respond to an email or VM. I'll be relocating out of California, very bummed that I can't continue my coverage with them!

I have been a State Farm customer for close to 30 years and wanted to acknowledge their agent, Paul Ricatto's office. I've had additions and subtractions to my products over the years and most recently added a truck to my household. Paul's office manager, Windi, made the process smooth as butter. Always has great suggestions and is never pushy about coverages. Truly a customer facing business. Whether I'm dealing with his office manager, Windi or Paul himself, I've always had the most pleasurable of experiences.

I have been insured with State Farm Paul Ricatto’s office for several years. His friendly and professional staff are always so helpful and I know that they always look out for my best interest. I have mainly worked with Windi, but have also worked with Casey. Both have been wonderful. They always promptly return my calls and they are so knowledgeable on all things insurance. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a good insurance agency.

My husband and I have been clients of this State Farm office since we came to California in 1977. We've moved 5 times within California but still rely on this office for our home, cars and personal liability insurance. And we have good reason to do so! The entire team-- Windi, Susanna, Casey and of course, Paul, are simply the best! They are knowledgeable, responsive, caring, personable and always offer helpful guidance when navigating insurance issues, They treat you like valued friends and go the extra mile for you to ensure you are supported and taken care of vis a vis State Farm. Fortunately in all our years with them, we haven't had many occasions to call them, but when we have had a need we were -- and are --seriously thankful and grateful that as the commercial says: " Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there" ! We trust this team and they are truly a pleasure to know and do business with.

I switched from an online insurance company where it was hard to get service when needed. Windi is awesome! I can reach her on the phone within seconds and get excellent, quick, friendly service...whether it's a question or paying my bill over the phone. I am so happy I switched and would recommend this office highly!

Nope nothing Friday. Nope nothing since Friday. No junk, no spam, no Nothing. Got her VM, but we found a policy elsewhere since we didn't hear from you. Maybe she wrote down the incorrect email, regardless there wasn't any follow up (call) until I wrote a negative review.

Whether you're someone that just needs insurance on a new car or you have a large business with numerous assets that require coverage, Paul has the experience and knowledge to make sure you have the right policy in place for when that unfortunate time comes. Paul's staff, Windi and Casey, are always on top of their game and quick to respond to any of my questions about policy changes, options, additions/subtractions etc.You don't want to mess around with picking an insurance company and agent. If you want personal service, attention to detail and people who genuinely care about you and your family then you need Paul’s State Farm branch. Windi has been a Godsend to me and helped me realize I didn’t have the best coverage for myself and my daughter. I feel safe in their hands!
