Worst dealership experiences, from waiting too long for servicing to their servicing not being efficient! I have left a yelp review as well. Went for an oil change and they did not clip the cover back on resulting in having to pull over from being in the freeway! The cover keeps falling off! We will be going once they are open for them to fix this issue. Not sure what the outcome will be but if it is not fixed I will be escalating this and file a complaint with the BAR. This cannot happen it is a safety concern and road hazard. ⚠️ bumper has cracked due to their negligence.

I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe in 2019. Extremely happy with it and the service department. At the time, the sales department was also great.Fast forward to 2023. Unbelievable change in the sales department. They have morphed into the typical garbage attitude of normal low end car dealerships.Keep in mind that i have tried to go there on three different occasions, with the same result. Three is NOT the charm with them.This experience mentioned below was just one example of the three visits which all ended the same way.The so-called sales agents have less authority than secretaries. They can't breathe without permission from their managers. Their managers don't seem to want to communicate directly with the people that they are negotiating with.I went in because although I have an order in the works for a Fisker, I wanted to see the EV selection from Hyundai since I was so happy with my original purpose.The so-called salesman asked what I was willing to offer on a car. I told him that i was just shopping for an EV, but i wanted to know what leasing arrangements they would provide.He went to his "master" (my phrase not his) to see what could be done. I was again asked what i was willing to do. I very clearly told him that i don't negotiate against myself. My money, my perspective, my choice. He went back to his "master."Same response, only now he wanted to know what he could do for me to make me "commit that day." Actually he had said this a few times. I told him that he really wasn't listening and my position would never change. So what did mister rocket scientist sales guy do? Ask the same question, what would get me to commit today.Result, I walked out.I will never return to their sales department. I will go to Oxnard or the Valley, BUT NEVER will I go back to O'Gara sales.As long as they treat customers like bone headed idiots without a brain, they will not only lose me but anyone like me. And until they change, they deserve to lose us.

I went to O'Gara to look at a Lamborghini Urus SUV. The vehicle was quite stunning, and the price was right for the vehicle. I was helped by Richard, who guided me throughout the whole process. One of my main concerns with the process was never owning a Lamborghini before, but he made everything simple. He handled everything so fast and quickly, and he even showed up to my house 1 1/2 hours away to sign the paperwork! Talk about great service! He got it approved through Lamborghini Financial at an excellent rate during these high interest rates. Thank you, Richard, for making the process simple and easy!

I was so happy buying my GV80. When it was to be delivered to my home it didn't come. Ooops, they didn't have a drive that day. The next day it was to arrive around 12:00 that didn't happen until 3:45. There were dome paperwork items to be signed, and I was told they would show me everything on the car and how it worked. Well, the guy who delivered the car was tapping his foot while singed where notated. When asked to show me how things worked he impatiently told me he had to go. Well, that warm fuzzy feeling of my new car was just a let down.I had some other minor issues and had to deal with a guy named Ray, the sales Manager. Well, he has a disposition of a rattle snake.Now 9 mos later in going thru my file of paperwork for the car i found buried a Due Bill for door guards. In calling the Westlake store has been a total nightmare. The Sales Mgr. whom i left my number for has never called, the Service manage does not take phone calls, quoted to me.In the end, I will tell everyone what a terrible place Westlake Genesis is. The only thing good is..... I love my car. They are total douche bags out there.

Went to O'Gara to "look" at the Genesis GV80. We were met by a salesman who introduced us to his Genesis expert, Fernando Amador. Fernando lived up to that title! We test drove a couple GV80's and learned about all that the GV80 had to offer. Fernando was honest and informative. We explained that we were just looking and Fernando respected that and wasn't pushy, which was nice because that is always a drawback of going to dealerships......having to deal with the pushy salesman. Anyway, I walked out of the dealership with a 2023 Genesis GV80, which I love! So much for "looking". The whole experience at O'Gara was seamless. If anyone is looking to buy a Genesis, I highly reccommend Fernando Amador at O'Gara in Westlake Village.

Not good. Bad service center. No real customer support. Spending money on high end vehicles I'd expect better. Not a pleasant experience.

Had the pleasure of working with Kelly and Isaac from O'Gara. Fantastic folks; beautiful cars and they move extremely quick to make the car purchasing process as pain free as possible. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for their dream vehicle.

from 2017 to 2020 i bougth about 15 cars. Lambo sv x3 svj x2 to rolls cullinan x4 and others. when cars were drepreciating. and always traded cars even not under there marquee to them for losses. i was loyal. since 2020 they have me order cars and when they come in sold to others. they are a pathetic company . i will never buy a car from them again.

Got 2 tickets from the City & LAPD while in their loaner for no registration - Was told by the advisor that the dealership would take care of it which according to the delinquency notice that I just received from the court didn't happen either...Amateur hour @ its finest!

The crew here are amazing! Jaqui in service is a hard working go getter who will always go out of her way to make things right. Her crew in service are just as capable. A couple of times service has made the impossible, possible, and for that I am very grateful. It goes without saying that I will keep coming back for my RR needs. Thanks Jaqui & Alex

Bought an alfa from them along with a service contract a couple years ago. Also bought a scratch/dent repair package from them. Tried to use the scratch/dent repair package a year ago and they didn't honor it, just handed us a small bottle of paint to fix it ourselves. Just found out now they don't service alfa romeos anymore. Now we have to drive an hour away to get our alfa serviced. It was a horrible experience dealing with their service team when they did decide to honor our contract. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

I was sort of shocked TBH. I sold cars in my early 20's and didn't like it. I didn't like how pushy you were forced to be and how everything was to buy this now, today, before you leave high pressure. As a result I never go to a car lot during business hours. I found a car I liked and I called and spoke with Glauco Pergolizzi. The guy was awesome. Not even an iota of pushiness or anything of the sort. It's the first time I bought a car that was this easy. Great experience! Thank You!
