In 2010, we began investing in properties and managed them ourselves. We continued to invest. In September 2012, we asked Howard and Bryan of Oakwood Property Management to manage our 32 properties for us. They have been fantastic!The amount of rental income, the quality of tenant, the expense of property maintenance is overwhelmingly better under their umbrella of care.They treat our rental homes as though they were their own. They always watch for opportunities to save us money and always showcase our properties for the highest rent possible.We are so pleased with their hard work on our behalf. We use Oakwood for both purchasing and managing rental properties. They are the best because they also own and manage their own properties. They take a long term view with properties as investments, in-house services and happy tenants. Other firms we use in other states do not have those advantages and it makes a real difference. Thanks Oakwood for making our lives easier!

I can’t say enough good things about Oakwood Property Managment Co. They have been responsive and friendly to me and my renters for over 12 years, The maintenece dept. is super fast, friendly and very fair minded. Uniquely professional in that they manage in ways to prevent future repairs and problems keeping myself and my renters happy and comfortable.

I am a vendor for Oakwood and I have had nothing but the best experience with them. Bryan, Christine and Howard are responsive, courteous and professional. They always pay their invoices in a timely fashion and are very flexible on our scheduling as well. One thing I've noticed is that they are always looking out for the best interests of the tenants as well as the owners based on the scope of work I receive from them. I highly recommend them

Do not rent from Oakwood, if you late on your rent this is there processExample: rent $1000Late fee. $40Deduction $40 from rent paid the following month.Leaves you a balance of only $960 on you rent which leaves a balance and and since you have a balance on the unpaid amount you are concerned late so you owe $40 last month+ $40 late fee+ $40 from current month + $40 for a balance fee so on top of you rent you owe $160 because you didn’t pay the late fee from late monthThey are the real Definition of a crook
