I love Moyens Jewellers. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They make you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. I have especially enjoyed working with Julie. She has helped on several occasions with designing different pieces of jewelry. She knows her jewelry and customers! She has also helped me pick out pieces of jewelry that are just perfect, that I wouldn't have looked at myself. She is always smiling and welcoming. I feel very comfortable going there because I know they are very honest and will go the extra step to make sure the customer walks out happy.

I have been using John Moyen and co since moving to the area 30 years ago. I was really concerned when the company was sold to Zee. I didn't have to worry because people like Julie have continued the same excellent service and thoughtfulness I have come to expect. I have bought new pieces and had items repaired. I am continuously pleased. Working with Julie and the helpful knowledgeable staff is why I prefer to shop local I know the great care i will always receive along with the high quality.

I stopped by this lovely , local jewelry store today for help with an 18k gold Cartier style love bracelet I had had to remove several months back due to a localized skin rash . I simply wanted help putting it back on as it requires tiny gold screws to be installed on two ends. Not only did the sweet women who worked there do everything possible to help me, they also cleaned my other jewelry bringing back a long vanished sparkle to everything . But the crown jewel in all of this was the workmanship of Harut ( Harry ) their own jeweler who took my very old and worn love bracelet back in the workroom , polished it back to a luster I haven't seen in decades and rethreaded the two areas of the bracelet where the tiny gold screws hold it together . He literally spent a half hour imbuing life back into this very beloved piece of jewelry and refused payment. Decades ago I was gifted a beautiful pearl necklace from this sweet shop as well . I love supporting local merchants and today I was reminded why ! Do not hesitate to visit this little shop located by Gelson's in Westlake Village .

I went in to Moyen jewelers. This is a jewelry store that I've been going to for the past 23 years . When John Moyen sold he had nothing but good things to say about the new store owner Z he had promised me the same service with nothing but high-end craftsmanship he was 100% right and Z exceeded my expectations, so I had nothing else left to do but take knee .

Came in as my watch battery needed replacement and was surprised to see new folks working behind the counters. Learned the new owners have been here for about 5 years and officially took over 2 years ago. Watch battery was efficiently replaced in less than 10 minutes.Gotta say, these new folks are super kind and very knowledgeable! Additionally, the jewelry pieces in the cases are stunning. A girl can dream, right?!
