“I went in Yesterday just to confirm my appointment with the new Manager Robert tomorrow and was greeted by Richard and another Representaive who were absolutely awesome. Honestly after my last experience and nightmare in another store this was the best Verizon store in Thousand Oaks area even though the are Verizon authorized retailer. After my appointment tomorrow and meeting with the new manager I will be sure to write another review, Thanks you guys always have a great experience and having representatives that are well trained & know what they are doing”

Francisco is fantastic and was able to resolve the problem. I am so thankful that.he took the time and effort to troubleshoot. He was almost ready to give up and check one last setting for the win! “We had a great experience at the Thousand Oaks AT&T store. We needed a new phone for our son and as soon as we walked in we were kindly greeted by Ben. He answered all our questions and patently helped us resolve all our cell phone issues. It was such a great experience. I highly recommend this store and their excellent customer service!”
