BAIT & SWITCH! My grandmother's white gold fillagree and single diamond ring was cracked. After talking with the sales woman about my 100 year old family heirloom needing repair, she summoned the jeweler to get a quote. He looked at the ring, noted the delicate fillagree work that needed to be done, and said that he had an employee who was "excellent at this kind of work." QUOTE: $125 to repair the ring. Picking up the ring, they attempted to charge me $210!?! Ridiculous. The jeweler was EXTREMELY RUDE acting as though their inaccurate quote was somehow my fault. I paid $125 for my ring back. The work appears to be good thus far, but I will NEVER set foot in there again. BAIT & SWITCH ATTEMPT!!!

For my 10-year anniversary, I wanted to have my engagement ring re-designed. Lozano's has a great reputation and has been in the same location for over 10 years, so I knew I could trust them with my diamond. When I went into Lozano's I had a general idea of what I wanted. Armando and Robin helped me design the perfect setting. They sent me computer drawings of the design to ensure that we were on the same page before starting any work. The end result was beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned. Armando is very knowledgable, patient, and a great communicator. Not only will he help you with a custom design, he has a beautiful selection of jewelry and watches. He is very well respected in Westlake Village and the surrounding area, and he so generously gives back to the community. Thank you Armando and Robin!

I must say Armondo and his family are truly fabulous I bought many many pieces of fine jewelry from Armondo including my fiancé’s almost 4 carat diamond ring and not to mention an array of Rolex watches all of them were outstanding pieces jewelry but most of all the passion he has for his clients I can truly say we are now great friends thank you Armondo ??

I took a watch in for repair. I was met by Robin. She said I should expect a 2-3 day wait to evaluate the repairs needed. She also said that if the watch had to be sent out it could take 4-6 weeks to repair. I waited 5 days for feedback on the repair needs. I went back to the store to pick up the watch as I was frustrated with their failure to communicate. Robin was there as well as the owner. They both began to argue that I knew a watch repair would take 4-6 weeks and that my watch was to be sent out the next day for repair. All of this was without my authorization or any communication from them as to what they had planned with my watch. I took my watch to Jewels Quest in Thousand Oaks. I had a far better experience with these people. They took my watch to the back as soon as I walked in the door and performed an immediate evaluation. They gave me a repair plan right then and there at a very fair price. I know who I will go to for jewelry needs in the future. How about you?

I must say this all started of when I need one of my Rolex watches need a service I called Rolex in Beverly Hills to have the service done only to find out it would take up to 2 months I had a wedding to go to and wanted to wear the GMT at that point I was frustrated when speaking with a good friend, another watch lover who tells me about Armondo at LOZANOS jewelry so I made the call and drove right over to see if he was able to help me with my predicament and yes he assured me he would service my Rolex and get back to me within 10 days. Since then he has been my jeweler of choice and have I trusted him with may purchases of jewelry and a few of the Rolex watches not to mention my fiancé is four karat diamond ring just fabulous an awesome place now he's my good friend and would recommend him to everyone Thank you, Armando and family

Disappointed-stopped by today to check out and likely purchase stackable diamond bands I'd seen on website plus had two diamond wedding bands I needed to have resized. When greeted at the door I first asked about the ring sizing and was asked when I needed. I said I would like asap. I was told they are too busy with holiday sales and couldn't do the resizing. No offer to schedule or anything. Perfect way to lose a customer.

Armando and Robin are the best. They’re genuine, honest people that own a great local business. You can trust the quality of their products and you won’t be provided a “hard sell”. Armando made me a custom Cuban Gold Chain that I couldn’t be happier with. He also cleaned my girlfriend’s watch brilliantly and provided her an appraisal that was accepted by a jeweler insurer. We will be returning customers, if not to just say hello to two friendly people.
