Had the opportunity to have Landmark Escrow and Nancy Pero assist us with our sale of our Calabasas Property. It a was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I must give kudos to Nancy who helped me get through a obstacle on my title that was 20 years old. She was patient and professional the whole way with me and I'm so glad she was recommended to us. My favorite escrow officer recently retired and I was reluctant to take a risk, but I have been delighted to enlist the services of NANCY PERO as an escrow officer in the Westlake Village office. I have just closed 3 escrows with Nancy in the past month, and her professional expertise, judgment and ability have been outstanding. She has been an escrow officer for 25 years and is an expert.

I used Strategic Home Loans to finance a Townhome for my daughter. As is typical of the industry nowadays, they asked, what seemed like, a million questions. Robert Bartolomea and Wendy Carlisle were AWESOME! They almost literally held our hand through the entire process and made it must less cumbersome that it ordinarily would have been. Not to forget the great deal they put together as well. I couldn't recommend them more highly...true pros that know and understand the business.
