The initial customer service seemed good by the one person helping us. There were four kids on staff standing around. The person who helped me took down the information for the stringing of the lacrosse head and was professional. He said that the stringing of my son's lacrosse head would be completed by next morning, but would also call us as well. I dropped it off at 12:30 and came back the next day at 10:30am. The store closes by 7. When I arrived the next day my son's lacrosse head and strings were on the counter with our order description right where I put it the day before. The person there was helpful and said it must have been forgotten. He said he will make sure the head is strung up by 3:00 and will call me if it is finished earlier. For him I would give him 5 stars, he completed the job, only one working, was professional and respectful, good customer service. He called me at about 12 letting me know it was completed. I was able to pick it up by 3:00 due to the distance of my drive, but was appreciative of his help. When I picked up the head the remainder of the strings were next to it. I asked the person working, which was a different person from the morning, if those are our strings, he said you don't need them. When we got home my son realized he wanted to add one more string. Asked if the store could mail it to me. They told me that they will have to charge me. I explained to him that I drove over an hour to get to the store, living 52 miles away. I was grateful when I found someone to string up the lacrosse head but was very disappointed that it wasn't even touched the next day. Basically gave him background. So mailing the remainder of the strings should be out of courtesy, especially for the inconvenience. Very disappointed considering we do not have many lacrosse stores to reach out for equipment support.

My son is new to lacrosse, we needed to purchase equipment for the first time. We basically walked in and said we know nothing please help.Jordan took us around the store and said these are what's popular with the new players, no pressure just straight up help. We really appreciate not being look down upon for just not knowing the sport or the needs of new athlete. We asked tons of questions, each one was answered with professionalism. I can't thank you you enough

I’ve been to Lacrosse Unlimited stores in California and The Rochester area in New York and the one thing they all have in common is great customer service. The staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. They genuinely want to help you and without any bad vibes or attitude. I’m always impressed. The selection of lacrosse gear is always good if not great. The website of course fills in any holes that they may not have but I’ve never been disappointed with a trip to the Westlake store.

This place is a little hole in the wall which we only found because a friend recommended it. Not the best location for visibility however. That being said, the store was so clean and organized with a huge variety of equipment. The manager was so nice! He and my son talked for quite so time and he gave some great pointers too. Highly recommend this place and definitely will be back!

Horrible customer experience. Customer service training needed for the staff. Prices were through the roof. Regret making the drive. Won’t be back. Ended up going to Monkey Sports in Irvine- Wow, what a difference—helpful staff, found the right gear for a fraction of the price-just go there.

Jordan is a great guy that was more than willing to help and talk about the oldies and goodies from the past. They did not string this stick (I had to see if I was still able) but he did point me in the right direction and this bad boy came out great! ??
