Brandon Feco helped to make my home purchase A LOT less stressful. I live in Los Angeles and was buying a home across the country in Florida. Even as I changed real estate agents, made multiple offers on homes, got cold feet, changed my mind etc etc Brandon was the one person I relied on to give me good advice and keep me calm. Throughout the process I trusted Brandon and that says a lot as I was feeling I didn't trust anyone...buying a home, as they say, can be very stressful. I can't emphasize enough how Brandon was there for me throughout the purchase...I am happy that it went through and I have to give a lot of credit to Brandon for that. Thank you.

Brandon and KNB Capital are amazing. If you’re looking for an excellent mortgage broker, your search is over. We were first time homebuyers using my VA benefits. Not only was Brandon very knowledgeable with the VA program, but he was also extremely helpful, informative, and patient with all of our first time home buying questions. If only our real estate agent provided the same level of service. When we buy our next house we have zero doubts about using Brandon and KNB for our next mortgage broker.

This review is way long overdue! We met Brandon Feco through our realtor and the rest was history!We closed on our home in May 2020 using a VA loan and the no-bull process that you will get with Brandon is beyond comforting!We were originally talking to another broker before Brandon and “the other broker” wanted to take us to the bank! Luckily we were introduced to Brandon! He was walking us through numbers and options knowing we were potentially working with another broker; his humility and willingness to share his expertise was what made me want to work with him (no regrets!).If there is any doubt, let there be no doubt…Brandon will take care of you! Not only did he find us the best rate at that time (May 2020)...we did an IRRRL after we met the timelines to do so and was able to get an even lower rate saving me approx $700 a month on my mortgage payment!Looking forward to continue doing business with Brandon in the near future!

**** VA SAVY !!! **** Our first time to work with Brandon was on a refinance of our home (IRRRL). He made the process very smooth and found us a great rate but then called to let us know he found an even better rate. I thought that was impressive that he didnt settle with the rate he got us but continued to search for a better rate. 2nd time around we were buying our 2nd home but our credit was not as strong. Brandon on the other hand worked with us and did not stop helping us just cause it wasnt going to be an easy loan. In the end we got another great rate, smooth process and did not mind all my questions and phone calls. There are a plethora of loan agents out there that say they know VA loans or any loans but there is only 1 Brandon who helps you breathe easy through this process and that is priceless!!

I have bought multiple homes and have never felt that the loan side of the deal was there for me. Lots of behind the scenes shenanigans until now. Brandon made everything transparent. He took his time to explain everything, provided me with an interface to see my terms and upload my documents. I really felt that he had my best interest through the full process.
