I brought my mom to Johnson Fitness & Wellness Store to find her a reasonably priced treadmill. I was anticipating pressure into purchasing something that day, but it ended up being such a great experience for my mom. The sales associate, Nami, treated my mom with the utmost respect and kindness from the minute we walked in to returning to the store days later to purchase the treadmill. Nami worked with my mom financially so that she was able to get the new treadmill she had wanted and was patient and kind throughout the entire process. Thank you so much for making this a good experience. We really appreciate it!

We had a great educational experience on ellipticals with Jacob at Thousand Oaks Johnson, Wellness and Fitness. Ended up buying a Matrix A 30 with the 16 inch monitor screen. I absolutely love it and couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Jacob. Additionally, transport to our house 63 miles away with installation was done professionally two days after purchasing.

We had a great experience with Johnson Fitness (and Kevin, the manager). When we walked in , Randy and the other person asked if we needed any help. We responded that we were just looking. They immediately left us alone to browse. We asked a few questions about different pieces of equipment, which they answered without applying any sales pressure. We ultimately made a purchase of a recumbent bike. The sales process couldn't have been easier. And the delivery process was stellar. We were contacted by the distribution department, where the repcould not have been more polite. She reached out proactively with an even earlier delivery date possibility when one opened. We couldn't be there on that date, but appreciated the opportunity. We were then contacted the night before scheduled delivery, and when the driver was within 30 minutes. Great experience all around.

I've had a great experience with this store, and now that I moved out of the area, I still stop by when in town to pick up any equipment I need. It's hands down the best, most informative and helpful customer service I've experienced. The equipment itself is commercial level and by far the best I've ever purchased.
