The salon is so clean and refreshing to go to. I love the family feel of it! After years doing my hair blonde with different hair dresses I finally found Nichole! Nicole Young is the best! She’s personable, professional and has a huge talent for blondes! So happy I found her and John of Italy ❤️

Very rude in front. The expert they called her fried my hair. It was great years ago, now dirty, no coffee, I had to spend a fortune going elsewhere to fix my cut and color. Blond senior in front always angry.

Big Larry went here for the first time about a year ago. He was visiting friends here and having the Bentley serviced in Westlake, so he had some free time. Found this place simply by good fortune and glad he did. The site is a bit hard to find, but it is in the same shopping area as Gelson's Market. There is a receptionist who looks a bit worse for wear, and she has earned it since the place is enormous and just running slightly on this side of out of control; it seemed to me that everybody was smiling, so it looked as tho they had their pace precisely right. Now Larry likes a bit of color to wash away the few strands of grey creeping into his flowing mane, and it is tough to find a colorist and stylist who does men's hair, but they hooked me up with a terrific, experienced stylist who did ONLY man-color and she was great. First stripped the old color ( a necessary but often forgotten step), added the proper color, and then a superb cut. Sorry, but this time, you all don't get her name. I'm keeping this one to myself. All while keeping up a string of thoroughly inappropriate commentary that kept me howling with laughter and made the time race by. All for what Larry thought was a very reasonable price, about the cost of two quarts of oil for the DB9. Now, whenever I'm in the area for more than an oil change or layover, I make sure John's is on the list. Certamente molto bene

Wow wow wow if you want that amazing waterfall, Brazilian blow out cut and style, go to FERI! She's amazing and so fast. I felt absolutely beautiful and bouncy walking out of there today. I have long and very thick hair and she lifted so much weight from my hair while maintaining the length which is very important to me. She's my new girl!! Thanks Feri!

Victoria is the best! I love this salon. Great products, kind people, and a beautiful setting. This is my go to salon but only is Victoria is the one doing the cutting! She is the kindest, and most talented hair stylist in there!

Walked in an absolute mess (caused by 2 different WLV salons), Walked out absolutely amazing!! *Professional Experts at your side delivering exactly what you need... The salon is run like clockwork by service oriented Staff & Owners who take pride in their *Careers- Experience, Expertise and Skills are exactly what you get Front Desk Staff attended to setting me up with a short hair specialist and my daughter with long hair specialist. Impressive jobs, far beyond our expectations. Highly Recommended A+

This salon is such a pleasure to visit. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It's a great relaxed atmosphere. Stacy Chicon is an absolute genius with coloring and cut. She's just incredible! I highly recommend this salon.

I think the staff here is nice enough and the facilities are clean enough, however, I don’t think I would ever have come here for a facial if I hadn’t received it as a gift. The signature facial was underwhelming; the robe was threadbare and my technician had nails which felt terrible. The oils they used were very nice and the fragrance stayed through the rest of the day.

My hair is fairly long for a guy - about halfway down my back, though it's often in a ponytail unless I'm out at night. Not everyone can cut a guy's long hair. Definitely different from a lady's. I've seen John Spina a couple times now after my previous stylist left the business. Honored to have the namesake of the salon looking after me. His care and precision is insane. He takes his time to be sure everything is just right - no 20-min rush work. I'm probably in his chair for close to 50 minutes after one of the ladies handles the shampoo. End result is outstanding - I always get compliments, from both men and women. And he's such a nice guy! Ample parking in the lot. Relaxed atmosphere when you enter. Lucciana is often at the front desk and is incredibly friendly and helpful when either booking an appointment or buying product - of which they have a large assortment of brands. Numerous chairs, many stylists to choose from. They all have their specialities. Lucciana can help guide you if it's your first time. I definitely need to check out their spa, too.
