STAY AWAY!!! They couldn't care less about the customer and only want your money. We spent over $600 there (overpriced), including for a small($20) oxygen holder . Without asking us, they removed the oxygen holder from its wrapping and they kept its wrapping. We got home and the oxygen bag was the wrong size. We took it back and they refused to refund the price, even though the bag was not used at all, was pristine clean, and we had just spent over $600 in their store. Why did they refuse? Because we did not have the wrapping that THEY chose to remove and keep!! We explained that, and they acted like we were lying. Then they said we were too late returning it -- 7 days was up on Friday and it was Monday. We asked for the very minor grace period, they refused, and the lady in the back snickered at us. Unless you like being ripped off and treated like the customer is always wrong, NEVER GO THERE!!!!!!

Wasn't sure what rating to give this place. It is a lovely store, with friendly service. HOWEVER, David refused to wear a mask, even when asked politely by my 86 year old mom. Forget about "the customer is always right", what about making an elderly lady feel safe? We all know the elderly are most vulnerable to the virus. I understand personal rights, but I believe in science. The store even has a sign up with COVID protections listed, you'd think the store staff would be extra careful with an elderly population. No excuses

They gave conflicting prices on the equipment rental. David stated an amount twice what it
was and when I attempted to clarify it, he was rude and basically said too bad.
I found them to be greedy and uninterested in customer satisfaction.

Avoid at all costs. The owner is incredibly rude and only cares about money in his pocket. Go somewhere else for your medical supply needs!

Do not do business with them!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. Not only are they incredibly rude, but regardless of this being a medical supply company dealing with sick and injured people, there is absolutely no compassion when all is said and done. I broke my leg 3 weeks after having my first child and rented a wheelchair from them. Since I couldn't physically drive in order to return the wheelchair to them, causing me to need more help from friends and family, we returned it 2 days late. They charged me 1/3 of the monthly rental rate per day and were so beyond insensitive when I explained my situation. Dirty Dirty business! They only care about their bottom line! Avoid at all costs!!!

My experience with Helping Hands (David, Tom, and the other woman (sorry, I didn't catch her name)) was pleasant. I went there to have an O2 bottle refilled/replaced. They gave me a good price and good service. While waiting for my paperwork to be processed, I walked around their shop and noticed that their items seem to be pretty well priced. For example, wheelchairs for $189, where other medical supply places charge $300+. I was a bit nervous to go here after hearing all the bad reviews, but I found it pleasant and I will go back.
