The man working today was the worst! He told me that the package that I wanted to ship would be at least $150 if I went to usps and I should just pay $100 for the fedex rate. It was $38 at usps. Appreciate the expertise ?

I recently used this FedEx location to ship 2 big boxes( my son’s computer) to his dorm in another state. The staff were supper helpful and my packages arrived on time and in great shape . I also paid $138 vs $300that UPS wanted to charge me . Will definitely use them again for all my shipping. Thank you.

I come here only when I absolutely have to - I would prefer to drive further from my house to avoid the woman who works there. She is downright rude- I go in and am extra sweet ask how her day is etc just because I want to avoid her foulness- every time she tries to chastise you for something you apparently did wrong - like for example if you give her a code to scan she acts inconvenienced and tells you that you are basically just like everyone else who holds the phone incorrectly and gets huffy. Last time I was in there I was doing a happy returns -I was returning a delicate item so I had it in a plastic bag- she immediately scanned it (you don't scan bags for happy returns you use a phone code and she should know this- they always remove whatever bag you bring the item in and put it in a special returns bag with its own code). I politely said that the bag the item was in was just for protection that all she had to do was scan the code on my phone- she gets completely annoyed and tells me that I should never have entered the store with a code from another item. She is just awful- hopefully the manager reads this. I promise she has been rude at least 7 or 8 times.

You rarely have to wait , all staff ready to help & all done correctly. I've lost some faith in usps...I've seen some bad reviews but I've only had good experience here on towngate, behind Brent's deli.

There were 2 nice people working at the store. Margarita helped me and managed the returned item process for shipping correctly. I saw another customer left store with ease. I definitely recommend FedEx this location in Westlake Village. Good store!

Very bad customer service!!! I came in with my business partner to print cards and who ever was working that day told us that he can’t help us and send us to Agoura location and even Agoura FedEx was bad. FedEx employees don’t provide good customer service. Just awful.

I want to personally thank Lara at FedEx Store 4576 for her outstanding service and help on all the things I need done at the FedEx Store in Westlake Village.Also thanks again for the FedEx Pen!

VERRRRRRRRY slow All I need is a receipt and I've literally been waiting for 10-15 minutes. Staff seems friendly but definitely should prioritize this to get people in and out .

The staff here is in desperate need of training. I needed an item I left behind in London shipped to my home in Thousand Oaks and three different people at the store on Thousand Oaks Blvd. said it couldn't be done and the shipping label could only be created in Great Britain. I called FedEx directly and a very knowledgeable and nice gentleman walked me through the process and I was able to arrange for not only a label to be created but for shipping to be accomplished within two days. Very disappointed in the service at this location and if I could I would give them less than one star.

They stole my package. I had a case of wine shipped there so I could come sign for it. I received a notification that it had been delivered so I went to pick it up. They told me "I" had signed for it and taken it 5 hours earlier. They, of course, argues with me (the lady was a rude idiot). They're canned response - "you can file a claim". This is not the first time this place has been a disaster - but it will be the last.

You have got to be kidding me.... So you can drop off my package and any adult at the house can sign for it but I'm NOT allowed to come pick it up because my wife's name is on the package!? It's the policy!!! And to think I saved you time by placing this package on hold at your location. My bad. It won't happen again.
