When I contacted Elite, I immediately knew I was in good hands. They made the home buying process simple for me to understand and were there along the way to help in every way possible. Mike Kagan was my loan officer, and he was even helping me on holidays! I needed an offer drafted on a holiday, and Mike was there for me quickly when I needed him. It made the difference to get the house that I wanted. The process of escrow was much quicker than expected, and I could not have been happier with my experience with Elite. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who is self employed and wants to have an advantage of speed in this market, because they are fast & efficient.

As a first time home buyer one can imagine all the questions and uncertainty that goes into getting a loan. Working with Mike Yates made the process simple and clear. He always had a great understanding of what was needed for my loan and how/where I could find. The communication was superb and he made himself available after normal work hours to answer my all questions since I was busy throughout the day. I would highly recommend working with Mike Yates as he is knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. I even vetted Mike against other brokers and Elites pricing was still better. If you're looking for a lender give Mike and his team an opportunity.

I highly recommend Elite Financial and especially Mike Yeates. Mike is one of those rare persons that does what he says and when he says he will do it! As an investor I have never had a transaction go as fast and trouble free as I had working with Mike. I also appreciated the way kept me in the loop at all times. He is now my go to person for all my future investments.

I worked with Mike Yeates from Elite Financial. If I could give more than 5 stars - I would. Mike went above and beyond to make sure he delivers on his promise. He made everything possible and impossible to get the results I needed. Mike is patient, professional, knowledgeable. Readily available to help. Calls and e-mails were returned immediately. I had a difficult case, and was very nervous. Mike made everything much easier. I am so glad that Mike has been chosen as a preferred mortgage broker on the property! I cannot speak highly enough of Mike Yeates at Elite Financial. As a first time buyer I was nervous and uninformed about much of the process. Mike was kind, patient, informative and kept me in the loop at all times. He returned calls and emails promptly and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had a sixty day rate lock which expired. He was able to secure an even better rate with a significant amount to cover closing. Mike made buying our house a smooth and pain free experience. Would highly recommend!

I had a very strange experience with them. I was referred to "loan broker" named Sri by a family member. I called the guy once to ask for an appointment. Instead, he forwarded my info (without my consent) to Elite. The next thing I know, I'm getting emails from Mike at Elite. Mike seemed decent so I decided to deal with him. He was responsive. He even told me he could get me a loan for as 900k house. Fabulous, I thought! So we embarked on a journey to find a home. But being the lawyer that I am, I made sure to get second and even third opinions. And nobody seemed to match the supposed loan that Mike claimed to offer. Not Bank of America. Not 3 other loan brokers in the bay area. A normal person would say "awesome, I'm going with this Mike dude!!". But I'm not a normal person. I negotiate deals for a living. So I usually get very suspicious if things don't add up. And if nobody BUT Elite is giving me a loan for a house THAT expensive, I start to question the credibility of the whole thing. After months of house hunting, I got into escrow. I reached out to Mike for a good faith estimate and he was very responsive. The same day, I reached out to Chase, BoA, and a lender recommended by yelp to get good faith estimates. As a consumer, I have every right to shop around. AND I HAD NOT STARTED A PROPER LOAN APPLICATION WITH ANYONE YET-- not Elite, not Chase...I was just gathering estimates. Mike emailed me a day later to follow up and I told him that we had selected Chase. He flipped out and sent an angry email to Sri, the shady dude I've never met who referred me to him, telling Sri never to contact him again because all of Sri's referrals wasted his time. Ok, first off, select your business partners wisely. At some point, he should have realized that this Sri guy was probably not a great business partner. Secondly, if you have beef with Sri, don't copy the client on the email, it's poor business etiquette. Third, if you're in a sales business, then people will ask you for quotes and they will take your time. It's your job to vet your clients as well. And to be clear, I had only had a few short emails with Mike. No phone calls, no meetings, and certainly no formal loan application aside from the initial pre-approval a few months back. So it's very poor business etiquette to lash out at your prospective clients for "wasting your time" when frankly, you didn't spend a whole lot of time with them to begin with.

Mr. Noltemeyer was experienced, patient and always responded to my questions immediately and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. Mr. Noltemeyer worked hard on both occasions to make sure the loans closed smoothly and successfully. Elite Financial is definitely very lucky to have someone as professional and knowledgeable as Mr. Noltemeyer on their team. I will definitely recommend Elite Financial to family and friends in the future.
