It is my great pleasure to write a 5 star (plus, if that were possible) review of ElectraCraft, both the outstanding line of boats that they produce and sell and the ownership/management of the Company. In addition, I would like to comment on the unparalleled quality and rapid response of their service department, with a special commendation to their technical and service expert, Art. Every aspect of how ElectraCraft functions is of the highest quality. From the beginning, Dean Gross (owner) was a joy to deal with. He was extremely accommodating, fair and reasonable, and delivered well ahead of schedule the new 15 foot solar-powered boat in which we were interested. The boat, itself, is sensational and a delight to navigate the Channel Islands Harbor. Though our boat only 15 feet in length, it has the feel and acroutements of a much larger craft. It is beautifully appointed and, compared to our older 21 foot ElectraCraft, it seems much more agile and easier to handle, perhaps due to the greater stability of the new and improved trimaran hull. The number of improvements on the 2022 models are too numerous to mention (compared to my much older ElectraCraft), but every one of them contributes to not only a great boating experience, but also excellent value for the price. To give people an idea of the service and attitude of the (new) ownership and management of the Company, I would like to recount my experience. I am disabled with mobility issues and deficiency in strength, and found it difficult to operate one of the new safety features on the gearshiftthat requires pulling-up a knob on the gearshift, in order to avoid mistakenly shifting into forward or reverse from neutral. I called Dean to see if anything could be done to adjust this feature to make the shifting easier for me. Dean assured me that they would find a way to accommodate me, because it was very important to him, personally, and to the Company, that I would be able to enjoy my boat to the fullest. He spoke with his highly competent and highly trusted technical expert, Art, and charged him with the task of finding a solution. Before coming to my boat in Oxnard, Art disassembled one of the new gearshits at their headquarters, and found a solution. Within a few days of me bringng the issue to their attention, both Dean and Art arrived at our boat and removed the part that was difficult for me, making the experience of using the boat even more pleasurable than before. The level of caring, consideration, and service is amazing and the attitude towards customer satisfaction gives me the trust and confidence that I will be treated with exceptional attention for as long as I have my boat (which I know will be a very long time!) I feel grateful and privileged to belong to the ElectraCraft family. The attitude of quality, excellent customer service and, importantly, the honesty and integrity in which ElectraCraft does business, emanates from the top, and I give Dean and his family who are involved in the business, full credit for creating a product and an environment for his employees and customers alike that engenders so much satisfaction.

ElectraCraft is the premier electric boat for harbors, lakes and inland waterways for a reason. The boats are incredibly well designed, quiet and reliable. Skip Toller at ElectraCraft is a pleasure to deal with; responsive with creative suggestions on how to optimize the electric boating experience.
