Depends because bathroom part of it. When there's no more of COVID/-19 unless it's the water shortage of course. Technically its on the outside and locked ones. Totally think me that she give the looked when I into get it. When did they start timing trips to bathroom anyway. I mean already know it's a fault of mine. In which always trying to keep it a minimum while out and about. Especially, with flushing part of it and it's pretty much the one I prefer. By the way how about the homeless part of it.

Been going here for years, and each visit is less desirable than the last. The employees seem terrified to be working here, especially the cashiers. But, last visit broke the camels back for me. Was on a hunt for a specific washer for a restaurant faucet. I waited patiently for gentlemen in said department. When my turn, I inquired about assisting me to find this unique piece...his response was, they don't pay me enough here, to look for you. Needless to say to say, I was shocked. I just walked out. Went to DIY in Agoura Hills, was treated ever so kindly and he walked me right over to where would be, and with a joint effort, we found it. STAY AWAY FROM THOUSAND OAKS LOCATION.

For the first time, I was treated very badly in the store. Awful customer service, and they don't take action on their mistakes. They broke a key that wasn't even for me but for work. Now they had to spend more than expected. No even a discount for their mistake.

I went to DIY because I get great customer service. I needed 2 tires for my dolly and had no idea what size of tire to buy or how to put the new ones on.Marcos the GM and Jesse said no problem. The tires I picked up were wrong so Marcos got the right ones and Jesse proceeded to take the old ones with help from Marcos.Jesse quickly put the new ones on.Team work!! Means everything in retail. I am a happy customer and wanted to pass it on.

Came in this morning to get a copy of my house key made and when I got home it didn't even work! I came back and Kyle helped me. He actually took the time to make sure the copy looked good before I left and was incredibly kind. Thank you Kyle!

I mostly go here for gardening things so 4.5 stars for their nursery, which usually has some nice outdoor plants/flowers, houseplants, a bunch of pots, and a good amount of gardening supplies. However, the abundant amounts of various poisons prominently displayed makes me not want to support them though -- it's so bad for wildlife and pets (really should take off more than 1.5 stars for that but store is pretty decent otherwise). You've really got to stop with the poison -- I've already started going to nurseries in Malibu instead since they're poison-free.

There is a guy named Brian that works in the paint section. Well I think he does everything. On the next presidential election I'm gonna write his name in on my ballot. He is amazing. Plus he was so kind he just made my day. Thank you Brian! And thank you Home Depot for hiring him! He is the standard for customer service.

I normally really like this place. Well stocked and the garden area has a good selection, and they provide a contractors discount. However my last visit rubbed me wrong. I drive up in a huge lettered truck, contractors license literally printed on the side. When I'm checking out I tell the cashier the license number and they tell me they don't accept that (even though they have on many occasions for both me personally, and my crews) and that I need to have the license on me. Never needed it before. They never ask my crew for it. But alas, I'm a woman, so the cashier gives me a weird face, acts like I'm full of it and they're doing me some huge favor by providing me with the discount. I know this might come as a shock to you, but women can work in construction too.

Great place for a quick stop if you don't want to drive all the way to Home Depot or deal with that.
