Davis was excellent to work with, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in the recent transaction where he represented both sides of a condo deal. I was looking to purchase something with my best friend to help her with her first home purchase and Davis was the listing agent. I live in a different city and travel a lot, so Davis stepped in as needed to coordinate logistics of the deal for me. It is not often where you find an agent that maintains what is best for the seller and the buyer in a double sided deal, but he was able to clearly communicate needs of both parties and ensure that everything worked smoothly throughout the process. I would recommend him for anyone looking for an agent that is experienced and willing to work to get you exactly what you want.

Davis and his team got me multiple offers after an open house over the weekend. We sold for an offer above asking price. Watch his videos about making small improvements to increase your curb appeal. He knows his craft well. When you get Davis in your corner you also have his team. His assistant, Robin treated us like she was our assistant. They were always available for simple or complex questions. Davis is savvy and hes a work horse. With all the other deals hes managing he made me feel like I was his only client. His confidence in team made it easy to trust the plan. He orchestrated a seemless process and all meetings were at home at a time that worked best for me and my family. He's a good guy and has a sincere heart. He's got love for public servants and first responders. I'm confident I made the right choice working with Davis and I know there's no one better. Davis Bartels, Robin, and his well-honed crew of real estate experts are a great team for real estate in Ventura County. They were easy to talk to, had a thorough understanding of houses, and the local market, all during the holiday season. Davis would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction. This was very helpful for first time home buyers who are new to the world of real estate and single-family residences. Bartels handled the negotiations very well and we ended up getting our first home cheaper than the listing price, which we think is a great accomplishment in SoCal. In the end, we found the property that worked perfectly for us and we will be using this crew in the future should we be so fortunate. I personally work with Davis on a regular basis as he is one of my favorite clients and someone who I also consider a great friend. What a superbly easy real estate sale Davis pulled off. Quick, painless, & professional are the best adjectives to describe what it was like working with him and his entire team. It was such a pleasure working with Davis. We explained the kind of home we were looking for and connected with him immediately. Both he and his team were very responsive during our search.
