My husband just purchased our first home after many years of saving. We were completely green and didn't know what to expect. We went to a couple of lenders before being introduced to Laura Hertz at CSMC. We truly didn't know a lender could be so awesome. Until meeting Laura, we had impersonal - almost transaction like interactions with other lenders. They would take long to reply, didn't care about walking us through the most important decision of our lives! Laura goes above and beyond the scope of her job description - it's no wonder she's been doing this for so long. She's friendly, responsive, overall wonderful to interact with. She truly made us feel like family. She also secured us the best financing possible in one of the toughest times of rising interest rates. We are already referring her to other friends and family and plan to continue working with her in the future.

The best thing about David, was that he was there to get the job done without playing any games. The reviews don't lie, he really is great! This man fought so much for my family to have our first home. He does all the stressing for you. To top it off this man even picks up a phone call at 1am for any questions or concerns. I was on the hunt for a perfect first home for a few months for my daughter and I. We have been renting for the last 9 years, and I have never owned, so this was a HUGE step for me. On top of the nerves and excitement of taking this big leap, the market has been insane, so it's been quite the roller coaster ride! David and team work diligently to get our home purchase done on a very short timeframe. With such and aggressive market every minute counted. We closed on our new property within 26 days, which was important because our old property was in escrow and scheduled to close. Everyone warned us the loan process would be the worst part of buying a home. Not with David. He made it quick, easy, and painless! Laid out a straightforward game plan for our loan and kept us on track. Day or night he's always available. Works hard for you and looks out for your best interest. He's also hilarious which helps with such a stressful process. Even on vacation he picked up the phone to check on us! We had a short escrow and David had us ahead of schedule waiting on the seller. I have never done a review on any sites but this I had to. David not only took over my loan after another loan company dropped the ball big time and tried to bait and switch me but he took the time to explained to me in full detail the process of process. Not only did he deliver as promised David got me a better rate and closed out my loan as promised and prevented me from loosing my down payment.
