Costco really makes it easy to get new tires. You order them on line , get an appointment and it’s done in 1.5 hoursCheaper and easier than the dealerPlus they offer a warranty on their tires

Mostly nice workers, but understaffed and inefficient and very eager to upsell.. A normal nail puncture in the tread and they said it could not be repaired and that I needed to buy a new tire. They insisted that I drove on the flat tire, which I did not. I’ve been 4 wheeling since the 1970’s and I know how to take care of tires. They had already taken off the tire and refused to put it back on. Arguing with them proved pointless. So, it took two trips, two days and me waiting around for five hours.Forget about the warranty, it’s mostly useless. I had to pay (prorated) for the new tire. I would have been better off just paying a garage to fix the nail puncture. Or fixing it myself with a $10 kit for from the auto parts store. The techs are great and doing their best, but I will definitely think twice about buying tires at Costco next time if they don’t make some changes.

Probably the best pizza around. Call in for your pizza as you are parking and usually your pizza will be available by the time you walk in and pay. You'll save time for sure. Samples are back and they are extra good and great for a light lunch or dinner. Most things are not that well priced but the rotisserie chicken is a heck of a deal. If you see something, buy it up because it's not guaranteed it will be there again after it sells out.

Repairs are included in the tire sale but good luck getting one.I was told to leave the car all day and that appointments take precedence. It's ridiculous not to squeeze in repairs. Also, they overbook appointments so the workers don't even want to come to the front desk to help you.

The cashiers are very rude and caused an unnecessary scene with two teenage girls doing a chore for their mom. The hold-up was unnecessary, and at that point, I was willing to buy their items for them even though they were slightly younger than 18. They couldn't have been much younger than 18 though since they drove to the Costco, but overall the cashier's treatment towards them was rude and catty.

What do I have to say about Costco?... I think they're pretty darn good! Great prices, solid professionalism and a reliable guarantee of satisfaction. Super friendly staff... Just it might make good sense to schedule an appointment if you're doing tires. Free lifetime tire rotations, free road hazard repairs + prorated credit if replacing. Oops... I probably sounded like a Costco tire promotional advertisement above. LolI bought tires here for decades, and today I'm in for a battery. It's just solidly reliable. I'm quite comfortable posting five stars.

I looked at a lot of sh$) that I didn't need. Decided the obvious and didn't buy or waste a dime. I love Costco and love looking at everything I dont need. Shop here when you actually need SH&$ or just to kill time.

I was cleaning my glasses when the frames just snapped. Of course I was leaving for a vacation in a few days. Went to Costco and was told it will take around 10 days to get them back from the manufacture. I was aware of that. Kennedy (sales staff) was able to find the exact frame and just replaced the lenses in the new frames. Excellent service and they do care about theirclients. Nice job. Thank you Kennedy.

First of all, I spend thousands of dollars weekly for my business and my family with Costco. On Sunday, we met with wicked witch of costco Teasha.I have an injured dog that needed constant surveillance, so we brought him with us and we lined the cart with a blanket for a very quick pickup of an expensive smoker grill and the moment we were entering the store, Teasha not only created a loud obnoxious scene but was extremely bitter and negative toward us. She told us our dog wasn't allowed unless it was a service dog and when we said he was, she countered with well a service dog wouldn't be in a cart and members will be angered about him in the cart. She asked us to leave without even knowing that he was injured or that we were going to be brief. My fiancée and I stepped out of the store to figure out what to do next and she actually came out of the doorway to continue to nag us to get the dog out of the cart because it would upset members. Mind you, he is a frenchie and tiny and two different people walking in were mentioning how cute he was. When asking her name (no name tag visible) she rolled eyes and avoided any contact with me. We had to leave him in the car while we picked up the grill and when we came back without him, she had the nerve to "welcome us back" and we said please don't talk to us and she continued to converse with us saying she was just doing her job to greet everyone. Very petty and rude after the scene she caused over our hurt dog. I had to go grab a flat cart as well and as I exited, I heard her say to another man at the door, "that's the guy I was telling you about." What a professional employee!!Oh! And as we were walking out, I went back to ask the manager at the door her name and she actually walked away when I approached. We were really disappointed that we drove all the way out to this specific Costco for this Traeger event happening just to have that occur.

What a humiliating and disturbing experience at Costco today. An employee scanned my card while in line and then proceeded to give me a sales pitch about how my membership sucked. "Oh you're just a gold member???" As people stared. Then asked why I didn't know how to use my app instead of using the card. I put my card away since it had been scanned. 30 seconds later the cashier asked where my card was and said I should always have it out and ready. I told her the guy already scanned my card. "He has nothing to do with me," was her response. It was all a sales pitch disguised as a checkout. What the hell Costco?

The Westlake Costco is maintained well with a sprawling and dedicated parking lot and plenty of selection in the warehouse itself, I feel they carry much of what you would assume are staples in any Costco. Plenty of rotisserie chickens, pantry items, medications, household items, etc. Generally if you go on weekday night (Mon-Thurs) you'll avoid crowds at this location. Given the area it serves it's usually packed during the day and like all other Costcos on the weekends. This one is kept well stocked. Their food court often needs some cleaning especially later in the day but their touchscreen and self checkout kiosks make ordering super helpful. My only thing is I've often seen Costcos in equally affluent areas have higher end products and this particular Costco I'm surprised doesn't carry more premium items given where it's located and don't carry certain staple items I've found at other Costcos. That's just my opinion though and likely the products they do carry sell well and so why mess up a formula that's already working?

Understaffed. Had appointment to install tires on a week night and took 2 hours. Only 2 employees. I guess that’s sign of the times even with Costco. Those poor techs.

Love this location. They're clean and organized and the lines aren't always crazy here. Parking is always crazy at Costco but I like the layout of their parking lot here

Rushed, rude on the phone, talked over me, wouldn't answer my questions and hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking something. Despite being a Costco member, I will not be going here for tire service.
