My Dr.
Called in on Fri, 06/21,
When try to pick up on Sat, 06/22 didn't have it and told to be back on Mon, 06/24.
Called in on Thur, 0627, told that NOTHING is under my account and went thru a 10 minutes verification process (including my last name and DOB) that yield nothing!
After talking to the Dr again, turned out I have to accounts (?) only different was one used middle name and the other first but both had same all other info.
Costco Pharmacist tried to blame it on me.
Once before on a different occasion Pharmacist took the freedom to REJECT Dr. order and only after Dr. called in again the Supervisor apologize for the other pharmacist behavior and filled it.
Looks like someone is not doing their best at there job.

Much more organized than most other pharmacies let alone other Costco Pharmacies. Friendly staff. Welcoming environment. Doesn't feel like a hostile environment.

I truly enjoy this pharmacy as the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The line is usually not that long and if so, it moves quickly as the staff is proficient and moving each customer in the right direction. If you need them to contact your doctor or associate to confirm or fax they have no issue doing so as they are pro customer service. Parking is in the Costco parking lot and is usually a non-issue.

This review is specifically of Charles, I just wanted to say thank you so much, he was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable. I needed information on several of my medications and he was so patient and cheerfully assisted me with each of them, even resolving questions that have gone unanswered by others for months. Thank you so much, it was really a pleasure to be helped by him!

Adam, the pharmacy manager, continues to go above and beyond. This is the best pharmacy I have ever used due largely to my interactions with him.

Costco pharmacy saved my day! The local pharmacies were all out or didn't have enough to fill the prescription I needed for my upcoming surgery. Luckily costco was stocked with what I needed and quickly filled my prescription as soon as they received my doctor's request. They were fast and efficient. The staff were helpful and nice. Will be sending future prescriptions to costco.

The staff is SO RUDE. Very rarely do I come across a kind staff member here. They are all consistently rude. Today, I believe her name was Marthanta? Tall older white lady with short blonde hair- again, so rude. Literally rolled her eyes at me while checking out my items. The managers in charge need to do something about the customer service here. Retrain your staff - or get friendly workers!

I went to Costco with my husband and decided to purchase a hot dog at the Kiosk. I placed the order, paid and went to the window to pick up my order. An employee approached me and told me I needed to put the mask over my nose as I was wearing the mask under my chin . I explained that due to a medical reason I could not do that and that as soon as my order was given to me that I would leave. He demanded that I wear the mask and I told him to call the police because I was not going to wear the mask as it would cause me harm. I tried to explain that the CDC has guidelines for people who are at risk of wearing masks. Again I asked that they just give me my order that I had paid for and that I would be on my way. The manager came and told me he would not serve me and that I had to leave. He took the receipt out of my hand and had the customer service member reimburse me for my order. The absurdity is this whole confrontation took about 10 minutes. Had they just given me my order I would have been out in about 2 minutes. I do not think Costco realizes that they cannot discriminate against people with medical conditions. I will not be going back to that Costco.

The most uptight shopping experience you will ever have anywhere. If you can't find what you're looking for, it will be a miracle if you could find an employee who will help you. And if you do, don't expect a kind word. Everybody is uptight and in a bad mood. And you can't go shopping with a friend. You're not allowed to buy food for anyone other than yourself or the person holding the membership card LOL. I mean seriously? Even with Covid, you are not allowed to buy groceries for You're sick or elderly neighbor. And on top of that, you are forced to buy more food than you will ever need unless you are a restaurant LOL. I wonder if it ever occurs to these people to be friendly and welcome all customers and how that would affect their business. Immeasurably I would imagine.

Unfortunately customer service are continuing to decline in this Branch( simi and Oxnard are much better), I went for a tire rotation, couldn't find an appointment For days but the websites said walk-ins are welcome. So I went without an appointment and the guy even refuse to look at his monitor and he said there is no walk-ins because of Covid which is does it makes any sense as the website says otherwise, picture attached. So I went to the manager who said we can Fit you in but you will have to wait I said I'm OK waiting and hour or even two but it was four hours wait ( seriously !!) I had to leave without getting the service!

The food court needs to work on their cleanliness when working with food, the cashier took my receipt and without changing gloves or washing her hands grabbed out the hot dogs bun and made my hot dog. Imagine your food having money germs on there. I've never thrown food away, today I did

Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE Costco and rarely leave negative reviews. Not this time or this Costco though. It had a very unfriendly vibe from the employees, and our final encounter with Katie at membership was beyond inexcusable. There's been a mix up with my account and she whined that she had to deal with it and outright blamed me, saying I must have given someone the wrong number and that's why they canceled my account. She wasn't kind or apologetic for the hassle or the fact that she couldn't help me. The only redeeming part of this visit was Juan's service. I couldn't find a product and he told me where to look then made sure that was the right aisle. Things had been moved and it wasn't the right aisle, so he found it and made sure I was taken care of. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Costco. They are all better.

Super clean store & courteous helpful employees. The cart crew works hard to keep the lot cleared and are helpful if you need a hand. I love this store location.
