Excellent experience with Armando Benavides! I called with some questions about a form I was told I needed to fill out with the Secretary of State regarding my LLC, but was questionable if it was something I truly needed to fill out given my circumstances. I looked everywhere for answers… talked to business professionals, a lawyer, the secretary of state office, and no one had answers.I was connected quickly to Armando, and he knew exactly what my situation was. He explained everything I needed to know in a kind, professional, and easy to understand manner. Could not be happier with my experience. I have been using coronet for over 14 years now. I first started out my plumbing business form a sole proprietor to an S Corp. And they did an amazing job. They send na beautiful package and a notebook that I still use to this day. And now I am real estate developer and always need LLC for my projects. They are even better and faster now than ever before. I strongly recommend them and they also have great prices.

I stumbled onto this website while looking for the NY Secretary of State. I called and was pleasantly surprised how the "WRONG" number ended up being the "BEST" number. As a self-employed business owner wearing many hats...I couldn't be more excited about what this website/company, has to offer! As I spoke with Megan in reception, she was the most pleasant and informative service person; that I have had the pleasure of speaking with in a long while. I was glad to call a number, and someone picked up! I didn't go through an automated system. JUST Wow! I cannot wait to see what I can dig into with this company and the new "back office" that I no longer need to hire an employee to do!!!!!!

As a startup looking to expand in multiple states at once, CorpNet really made life so much easier. Without them, the task in front of us was daunting, but they really saved us a lot of time and stress. NEVER USE -- NEVER USE. We recently used Corpnet to register five businesses. Due to auto fill, we made a mistake on the original application. We signed in to their portal but could not make the change. Throughout their usual work hours, we contacted several times but were unable to reach anyone. Later, we were able to get in touch with Karen and let her know that the ownership of the application needed to be updated. No problem, she answered as she gathered the correct name and SSN. Three weeks later, we discovered the applications and EIN had been submitted with false information. Additionally, they intended to charge an additional $2000 for the alteration. Save yourself the headache and do not use. Terrible company, poor service, or a lack of accountability.

Amanda was great at communicating when I was purchasing this service. Once I purchased it, she would not return my calls. I had to close my LLC and they were trying to charge me $300 for this. Instead I did it myself in 15 minutes and paid $5 directly to the California Business Department. I would not recommend this, instead use an accountant to save money to create your LLC . It’s a very simple process.

Family had referred me over to Corpnet and for that reason I assumed I was in good hands. Unfortunately quite the opposite occurred. While my intentions were to file as just an a S-Corp (please bare in mind this is my first time setting up a company) I accidentally filled out an LLC form with S-Corp elected but what I got was an LLC with no S-Corp election.I asked to have it changed to just an S-Corp knowing the EIN would change. Frustrated but also taking this as a learning experience, I sucked it up and paid another $260 on top of the $967 I had already paid for expedited service (24 hr processing: 2-3 business days). Second time around I was very clear that I wanted just an S-Corp understanding the EIN would change, however, instead it was converted to an LLC S-Corp with an amendment to keep the same EIN. After multiple attempts to get someone on the phone at Corpnet with no response, I ended up just paying $250 for a CPA consultation. Fortunately from a tax standpoint the CPA mentioned it's okay to keep as-is so that put me to ease. While they were fast to process, their attention to filing details and making sure the customer gets what they want is lacking. However what really left a bad taste in my mouth was the lack of communication. I couldn't even get a call back after they messed up the second time around. I called multiple times and was told my call back would be escalated to priority status. A month has already past and no call, missed call or a voicemail.Processed my order on 10/29 and just today received my new EIN number when I originally paid for 2-3 days.Beware and proceed at your own risk.
