Shout out to Conejo Deals for consistently offering such great "Deals of The Day!" I recently found my hair stylist and Facialist through them and have recommended both ladies to many of my friends! Love that all of the vendors are within our community!!

My wife and I have purchased many different Conejo Deals… from kids camps and after school activities, to spas and restaurants. All the businesses have been fantastic and helpful. We have been going to Conejo Deals for years and are repeat customers for a lot of the businesses we’ve met through the site. I highly recommend giving Conejo Deals and it’s partners a try!

I'm writing this review with hesitation but feel that both customers and vendors need to be warned about this company. I'm a vendor that has run 2 deals one in 2017 and one that I just finished. A lot has changed with the company since 2017. Let's begin with the fact that Conejo Deals never mailed me my checks! I had to text Meredith who is unresponsive at best. I should not have to chase down money owed to me. The customers that came into my business were a mixed bag of very nice ppl and also completely abusive and demanding deal hunters. I actually felt harassed by a few of them. For the most part this was a horribly negative experience for me all the way around. I will never run a deal with this company ever again. I'm still owed one more check. Let's see if I have to chase this company down for payment again! I feel very burned.

Used to love the site but my opinion has changed recently.. I purchased a deal for a local restaurant and some time had passed, so I received an email from Conejo Deals reminding me that it expired on dec 18 and not to forget to use it. I waited for the weekend(dec 16) and was going to use it.. i went to the "my orders" page to print out the coupon.. that page also indicated that the expiration date was dec 18... when I printed out the deal, the expiration date was actually dec 15. I called the restaurant and they refused to honor the deal.. I get it because it was not their fault, it was Conejo deals'. I emailed Conejo Deals the situation and they refused to right their mistake.. they quoted their return policy and said they would not refund me the money.. I am sad to say that when a company does not right their wrong it truly disturbs me.. Bye bye Conejo Deals. Good luck to you and your horrendous business practices..

Meredith is my heroine! She is fabulous! I thought I had signed up for a deal (tune up of garage doors), and somehow, it slipped through the cracks. She went the extra mile, called the company, and was told they would honor the price even though the offer expired weeks ago. Who gives this kind of customer service? Conejo Deals should be on the cover of a book entitled, "How to provide incredible customer service." Have purchased loads of products and services through the years from Conejo deals and have never been disappointed. Always look forward to their emails. I have purchased several products and services I would never have otherwise been exposed to, and loved them all.

Conejo Deals is by far the best "Deal" company in my books... their customer service is exceeds all other deal companies (Groupon, LivingSocial,etc) Plus I love that they support and promote local businesses. Thank you Conejo Deals for going above and beyond with my recent transaction.
