We are incredibly grateful to Mike and the team for their exceptional service in helping us purchase our first home and have a place of our own to welcome our first child. After using a mortgage company in Los Angeles to purchase my home, I was less than thrilled with their customer service, explanations and transparency. I ask a lot of questions and expect thoughtful answers. My parents recommended Brian McClure & his team at Community First for a refinance and after my first conversation I liked them 10x more. We refinanced and it went really well. Then we refinanced AGAIN and it went really well AGAIN! I am a true novice in anything mortgage, homeowner, or tax related and Brian was able to break down numbers, give precise estimates, speak plainly and clearly to me to help me make the right decision. I never felt pushed to make a decision and I felt heard when I brought up any issues that needed clarification. They're tech savvy and make the process painless. Oh, and they had less expensive fees than my previous company. Highly recommend, even for a home purchase/refinance in Los Angeles.

Where do I start? As a first-time home buyer, JB went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and understood every step of the purchasing process. She was transparent throughout the entire process and was able to close in a shortened escrow. I recommend JB to anyone for their mortgage needs. She's the best!

Ian Olszewski and Laura Kelley are both all stars. I wouldn't trust my home buying process to any other broker - Ian worked diligently for months by providing me documentation for the offer process & multiple options for financing on any potential home I would land in, even before offer was accepted. He is an expert in his field and was a true source of value for me and even my agent. Once my offer was accepted, Laura was on top of all paperwork and required documentation needed to get a quick close.This duo is second to none. Will absolutely work with them on my next purchase or refinance.

Neil at Community First Mortgage is outstanding! We bought our first home ten years ago, then refinanced twice, and have been trying to buy in CA for two years (2021-23) so we have spoken to many lenders. Community First is the best broker I've worked with, hands down! Neil not only gave us the best rate up front, no negotiating games, he communicated with our real estate agent, and took all of our phone calls along the way. He truly made this difficult process as smooth as it could be. He gave us excellent rate options and went over numbers with us, so we felt very comfortable. Not only that, our real estate agent just loved working with him and couldn't stop raving!! Make sure you include them in your mortgage shopping!!!

Brian was incredibly helpful with the home-buying process - Actually, without his help, I don't think this dream of owning our dream home in the dream area would have been a reality.At first, we were nervous to shop for another lender based on previous experience but Brian was incredibly patient and flexible with every change, question, scenario presented, and everything. He was incredibly transparent and would tell you the truth about the market, the situation at hand, and what you truly could qualify for. He would also lay some fantastic advice on top of it, giving you layers of options to choose from.When it comes to numbers, he is the master of it, tell him what you want and he will give you the real numbers of what you want, what you could push for, and what is realistic. This is something we needed for our purchase, especially with the hectic market.There are no amount of words to truly thank Brian for the miracle he worked out to help us save a lot more as we almost lost that to the other lenders. Being a first-time home buyer, it is incredibly easy for lenders to take advantage but not Brian, he will do anything and everything he can to ensure you qualify for the right amount and also save some cash. I was doubtful cos it seemed almost too good to be true and I remained that way until we officially closed and the money saved was right there staring me in the face, I still can't believe how much of a number wizard he truly is! Brian, you are outstanding and God-sent! Your team was amazing and incredibly helpful. We bought our second home this year and after having such a stressful time with the lender for our first home (Better mortgage if anyone wants to know), I wanted to find a mortgage broker that could make the process easier. Brian was a god send! He was very clear and helped me every step of the way. He gave me all of the different options for the loan and what he recommended. And I had a lot of questions because even though this was my second loan, I still didn't know a lot about the mortgage process. He was really patient and answered all of my questions. Now, my wife, 2 kids, and I are so happy with our new home and we only had to pay about 2k for the closing costs! I was shocked! And Brian said that he will tell us when is a good time to refinance and get us a good rate plus no closing costs. I believe him because he hasn't lied to us yet.
