This review is based on a long -term banking relationship with CNB, though not often at the Westlake Village branch. Most recently, and for the last ten years, have had the pleasure of doing business at the Summerlin, Las Vegas office, and found everyone helpful and very personable. My only complaint, and I was half joking, was that the branch office was sooooo... quiet! Needed music of any type. They did eventually make that change, though I'm sure not because of my comment:-))) My recent relocation will now bring me again to the Westlake Village branch, and I look forward to getting to know the people there.

Ive been banking with them for about 8 years, and theyre just so nice! with the exception of one person, its been the same staff the entire time, and they know me by name, and ask about my son. Definitely would recommend!

Mr. James W has been very Courteous and super helpful with my account. Very efficient business banking system which started locally in Los Angeles. One of the managers told me the story of Frank Sinatra and his son when Mr. Sinatra banked with City National. Guess that's why I decided to bank with them, too. Business bank is always helpful with business owners.

Super unprofessional and irresponsible. Do not apply credit card with Jurguen because he will certainly mess it up eventually
