Richard (don’t k know his last name sorry..) he’s been in Westlake Village branch location table by the back door entrance for a while. Very kind Gentleman, respectful, helpful, wonderful professional Man that I’ve never met in any of my other banks I’ve been in. Anytime he answers everything that I don’t understand.!

When it's almost pitch dark by 5pm , 10am is too late to open . People have things to do . Open your branch earlier.

I’ve never had any problem getting a hold of anybody here on the phone or had the hours changed.The service is always very friendly and professional. I don’t know where these other peoples reviews are coming from unless they themselves are obnoxious,angry people but this is a professional organization and is ran as such..

I've been dealing with a problem since last September for charges to my debit card that I did not authorize. The previous bank manager even drafted the last letter from me to their dispute dept. in hopes of correcting the problem. However, this did not resolve the dispute so I recently went back to this branch for assistance. There is a new manager who in my opinion, could use some training in people skills, especially in his position. He offered no help and made it clear I was waiting his time. I have written 6 letters in total in an attempt to resolve the matter and have since close my account. I question Citibank's manager training protocol.

To get my credit card on autopay, I was required to get an Equity Line of Credit. Took 3 hours to get autopay setup. Never used the Line of Credit. However, I just paid $1448 to close the Line of Credit.Nice scam you have going. I'm switching banks now.

Please do not pay attention to BUSINESS HOURS as the managers create their own schedules! They close the bank at 2 pm without letting their customers know and Agoura Hills branch just closed their doors and forgot to tell their customers as well.

Their hours are terrible and the ATM machine doesn't work half the time. I would use it more customer friendly bank then Citibank.

This Bank will not cash citibank checks to non customers so in essence citibank checks are bad. The manager was little to be desired. If I wrote a check to a friend or business that could not be cashed I would be embarrassed. Do yourself a favor a bank somewhere where someone can walk your check in and cash it like its a good check!

The manager and assistant manager (Michael) are the rudest people I have ever met in my life. They are disrespectful and condescending. I just opened and closed my account (well tried to but the manager wanted me to waste more of my time to come back on another day) because Michael told me to take my cashiers check "somewhere else" if I didn't like their week hold on it. A CASHIERS CHECK. I can't even believe that these two are management. I still have to waste my time calling Citibank to cancel my account now. DO NOT BANK HERE.
