Beware of using Chase bank generally they do not have a fraud protection plan, if someone write themselves a check using your checkbook and you call on a weekend and they deposit the check on a Saturday you will lose your money I lost $30,000 due to this stupid policy they have in place, beware they do not protect your money this institution is a scam and a dangerous place to store your money I will be closing my accounts and warning the people of America do be aware you can lose a lot of money with this bank so be careful.

I went into the bank today to make a payment on my credit card, this should have been an easy transaction. It wasn't, Monica was the teller who helped me and she was extremely rude and her customer service was the worst. I will not be returning to this branch, I would rather go out of my way than to come into a branch and have a teller treat me and others with no respect whatsoever. Monica needs to take a customer service training corse.

I live the staff in this Chase. I was a Bank of America customer for years BUT am now converted. The staff here are intelligent and friendly. And I love the hidden teller wall system and the glass openness. This is the way banks should be in the 2020's.

If i could give negative stars, i would. I go into this branch (on 12.19.19) looking to get a replacement card, as mine was set to expire soon. I go in and ask for the replacement card, but they cant make the replacements in house anymore. So the teller proceeds to cancel my current card, and then tells me that they sent out a replacement card on 12.5.19. She then cancels that replacement card and says they cant reverse the cancellation on either of the cancellations.She then says "I can put a rush job on this replacement card". i say yes.. In short, i dont have my card for the holidays. i go home, and there is no card in my mailbox. I think nothing of it, and leave town for a week the next day. I come back from vacation, and find a card in my mailbox, its the same dam card as i had before, same #'s. I call to get it activated, and it said that the card was already activated. I call customer service, they tell me that the card was ordered the day AFTER my experience, and was submitted as a normal request, not a rush job. If any big wig or small time teller is reading this, ill be withdrawing all funds and cancelling my credit card from your bank very soon. This kind of customer F*ckery is just wrong and all they could offer was "Im so sorry". Well, you'll be the sorry one when you cant use my funds to make money anymore.

Mark is as wonderful as they come. Always smiling, always caring and always willing to go the extra mile. Always thanks me for my business as if I had just bought him a new car! Inept manager made me wait a day to access my money. There was a teller right there when I deposited my check. I asked the teller to help me because it wanted me to enter the check amount. She never told me I would have to wait a day to access my money if it asks for the check amount. I needed to get gas to get to my job. Manager didn't even try to help and you could clearly tell she didn't care about my situation.

I was greeted by a friendly young gentleman, and advised what Banking Services I was needing. He then told me that Dakota Malone was available and able to get me right in and assist me. She was nice, organized, streamlined and very professional. I work with a LOT of banks, and good help is hard to find! Dakota is a keeper, and will go far in her chosen profession! Thank you!

I want to give a huge shout out to Dakota. I had problems trying to get money transferred over via quick pay which she helped set up. Chase locked my account 4 times and when I called , I had to go back to the bank to verify with two forms of ID. I ended up going to the branch 4 times today and Dakota went above and beyond in making a awful experience turn into a pleasant one. Dakota resolves my issues that I was having online. I was a mngr for a huge bridal shop for 16 years and I understand customer service and experiences. Thank you again Dakota for making a awful situation a pleasant experience every time I came into your bank :)

The set up of this bank is non user friendly. There is no walk up teller window so even the simplest of transactions have to wait for somebody from a private office and then they go to the back room. Other customers the same day were complaining about the set up and wish it was like the other nearby branches.

Writing this for my mother who hates going to the bank, especially if she has to enter the actual branch. She is strictly an ATM gal. However he had a problem with her account and her debit card not working. She had to actually interact with a human person. That person was Sawyer. My mother loved him! Super helpful and patient. Got her account all fixed up and even called her about 15 mins later to let her know her debit card should be working and to give him a call if there were any problems. Great customer service!

Relatively new branch, super nice people. Biggest plus -- the ATM accepts 150 bills at a time. Deposits go 5x faster than at other branches. The lobby wouldn't unlock on Saturday, but seems to be fixed now.
