This bank will not give you the service that of other Chase Banks give in Westlake or in the city. This bank does not have a caring helpful manager who will complete what they promise. The staff gossips...I would RUN to another Chase Bank.

The reason I am giving this branch a 5 star review is not because of the bank tellers themselves. They need some more training, but one banker named Cooper has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions and figured everything out for me efficiently and professionally. I appreciate his eagerness to actually help the customer with whatever the problem may be.

Beware of using Chase bank generally they do not have a fraud protection plan, if someone write themselves a check using your checkbook and you call on a weekend and they deposit the check on a Saturday you will lose your money I lost $30,000 due to this stupid policy they have in place, beware they do not protect your money this institution is a scam and a dangerous place to store your money I will be closing my accounts and warning the people of America do be aware you can lose a lot of money with this bank so be careful.

First off, we entered into a pretty cold lobby and weren't greeted for a few minutes. I don't need anyone rolling out a red carpet.. but a hello would've let me know I'm seen and will be helped shortly. When we were greeted, it was a "can I help you?" Lmao... umm... yeah? Please.. I'm actually a bit desperate because in LA, most branches have a wait list for banker appointments. So yes, please help me! I beg you! We were sat with a banker who seemed to be pretty... over it? Not too sure if maybe they all came out of a stressful work meeting or what.. but the mood in there was funky. Okay let me be a bit more sensitive and note that we're in the middle of a pandemic and we're all stressed tf out. Anyways.. I needed to open a business account for a new business. I had all the documents in hand and had a very simple request. One they should be grateful of. Opening a new business checking account. No extras! Just that.. Well, long story short... they messed it all up! They put the account under my personal name instead of the business and also used my personal social instead of the business tax ID. Now I'm in a bit of trouble with the IRS.. Should I have caught this sooner? Yes.. absolutely. Should they have opened my account properly? Yes.. absolutely. I've tried calling the branch several times to resolve and have not gotten an answer. To be honest, this is a really huge mistake on their end and I'm not too sure how to move forward from this. Very disappointed! #RookieMove

Is this branch still open? No one answers the phone? I would choose another. No one answers. No one returns voicemails.

I went into the bank today to make a payment on my credit card, this should have been an easy transaction. It wasn't, Monica was the teller who helped me and she was extremely rude and her customer service was the worst. I will not be returning to this branch, I'd rather drive to another branch and go out of my way then to have a teller treat me and others with no respect whatsoever. Monica needs to take a customer service training course to learn how to better assist her customers.

Im not one to write reviews but I just couldn't keep quite about this. On 12/23/2019 I went to chase to send a couple gifts to family members, and I understand it was the holidays and people are stressed and on edge but thats no excuse for what happened. I was attended by Monica at 11: 20am, and she asked what I was there to do and I explained how I wanted to transfer money to family member accounts and at the end of it all, if I could get a remaining balance receipt. When she finished transferring the money she asked if I needed anything else and I reminded her about the remaining balance receipt and she decided to raise her voice and say "I KNOW!" At first I couldn't believe it had happened, but when I looked over and the costumer next to me looked at me like "yeah it did just happen" I believed it. Well Monica if you knew you wouldn't have asked.... If I want to get yelled at I'll gladly keep coming to this chase, other wise I'm good. Don't work in customer service if you think you know everything, or feel the need to yell at customers for answering your questions.

I went in to replace the credit and debit cards that I'd lost while traveling, and was helped out immensely by Faith! She was both friendly and professional and addressed my needs with speed and efficiency. I received my new cards within the week and will definitely be coming back to Faith for help if I ever need it. Thanks Faith! :)
