I have lived here at Morehead Hills Senior Apartments for almost 7 years.And in my experience as a wheelchair user, sensitivity training, respecting boundaries, privacy and personal space are much needed courses.I have sent numerous emails. Filed numerous complaints but it doesn't seem that management understands.It feels as though, this goes back to my being a wheelchair user, and I somehow don't know what I want or what I feel or what I need; like this is all coming from a place of ignorance rather than coming from a place of help.It's almost as if management is trying to make me conform to what it means to be a wheelchair user. But I have never been that person. I am a very independent person and pride myself on being as such; I am self-sufficient. I am a private person.But with a high turnover rate here, I keep running into the same problems.

Did not return my security deposit from Cedar Court RV Park in Arizona despite me following every rule for refund. Have left numerous voicemails at numerous offices and nobody responds.

Well I been in moss gardens for 7 years ... Cheryl was awesome but my father passed away in October well it took everything we had I didn't pay rent for this month of October we are only 5 days pass due and got an eviction to be out by the 17th this will put us homeless o asked for an extension to December 24th and I would pay plus the late fees and was told no this is razy as I mentioned I been here 7 years and the new manager not willing to work with us and trying to put us homeless right before Christmas this breaks my heart...my disabled mother is super stressed and she is getting ill behind stress I'm behind 5 days for the month of Dec..this is tragic I wish I could give negative starts was at moss gardens they didn't have a manager for almost 2 mth we paid our rent and they eviction over 140$these people are sad

Unfortunately, I now question CCI’s morals, integrity and purpose. Our units RENT regardless of any surrounding circumstances is being RAISED BY 47.69231% with a 60 day notice.

So far, my experience has been unsatisfactory. I've lived here for a month and still don't have access to my mailbox. I have tried to sign up for automatic withdrawal for my rent payments and the office manager seems like she doesn't know what's going on. I applied for a second key fob for my adult children and have not heard anything regarding this issue. We have been locked out of the office from 1:00pm to 4:00pm since Wednesday of this week and now have to make appointments for all of the issues we have . I have lived here before and never had these kinds of problems. Why start filling up the apartments when even basic needs cannot be met? I'm so disappointed. JJ HENDERSON SENIOR TOWERS, Durham NC.

The office manager at the Moss Garden in Lafayette, LA has been so generous with assisting my mom and myself with the process of my mom getting her apartment and getting all paperwork taking care while my mother is recovering in the rehabilitation facility. Just have the understanding and patience and going in on a Saturday morning to accommodate means alot. I would definitely recommend Moss Gardens Apartments for a senior citizen that is looking for a nice quiet community for the elderly and that accommodates handicap and disabled elder population and is low income base.

Wanted to share my thoughts about CCIC and my experience. I came across a property manager by the name of Aldo and have nothing but good things to say. We take care of his air conditioning issues but I want to say that I've never met an individual so committed to a company and his tenants like he is. It's gotta be hard to do his job, but I know he does it with professionalism and to the best of his ability. I honestly wish there was more people like him i this world. Then you know that things would be taken care of. Want to wish him the best and I know he will be good wherever he goes. People like him are hard to find for work.

Live in one the apartment complex in Simi Valley. lived here in the past as well when the manager was someone named Jeff who honestly was incompetent , so I moved out. Gave it another chance when a friend who lived in the same complex said the property manager Aldo Lee was responsive, attentive and professional. A little disappointed when we got a letter stating he was no longer with the company. Since then the communication has been subpar. The complex is starting to look like a mess, aldo at least had the place looking good. He responded to my calls or emails within 24hrs and handled all my concerns with the utmost urgency which I totally appreciated. Professionals like that are hard to find and wish you guys would bring him back.

I have to leave 2 stars because unfortunately, they no longer have their Property Manager Aldo Lee for the Simi Valley Apartments. He was great , personable and overall on top of his duties. The maintenance guy is good too. Disappointing that they did not see his worth.

I live in Coatesville Towers & am extremely pleased with not only the apartment but also the team who runs it. The manager, service manager & two maintenance men are phenomenal. Issues & concerns are immediately addressed & resolved, hassle free. I love living here & highly recommend it

By far, the best working experience I’ve ever had!! I received thorough training, guidance and support from my supervisor, upper management, accounting, compliance and even the CEO. The only reason I no longer work for them, is my complex was sold to another company. I can’t say enough good about this company!!

Was very disappointed to hear that Aldo will no longer be the property manager he was very helpful and attentive whenever we had a problem we could count on him to take action and was great with communication I know where ever he ends up they will be lucky to have him good luck.
