Bruce Boord, agent of my for a long time, who represents Mercury insurance, just caused an enormous premium increase because of his incompetence. He failed to explain how real mileage works and failed to warn me that driving a lot of miles on a new car on a trip would cause insurance company to multiply these miles for a whole year and renew at tremendous amount of miles I will not drive thus doubling my premium. Horrible, horrible agent who failed to protect me. And he knew many times that I am going to go because I spoke with him many times about it while waiting for a year for a new car. If I could give a zero stars I would. Bruce Boord is only concerns about getting paid a commission instead of protecting his clients. I know how it is because I have clients too being in the real estate.

My parents have been with Bruce since the early 2000's. Once I started driving when I was 20, he was very helpful in finding affordable insurance, and has always been very accesible when we have any concerns or questions. Would definitely recommend them!
