Customer service from this one gentleman was great but couldn't buy what I needed as machines kept malfunctioning. Was asked to wait multiple times, which I did kindly, to no result until I finally decided to leave as did the 2 people behind me. Only giving it 2 start because of the man that helped us was so attentive.

Every time I’ve shopped at this store there’s been a ton of employees working, no other customers, and yet no employee eager to help. Not very inviting.

Absolutely love this Blue Mercury location!!! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about the products sold there! THEY ALSO HAVE A SPA! I got an oxygen facial from their esthetician, Collette, it was amazing & I'm going back for my second oxygen facial this week!

Love this store - great well edited selections of higher end products however they must train all employees to do a hard sell on every product in there. I took off a star for that because it's super annoying to shop and be followed like I do not know what I want or need and them trying to steer me to buy things I don't want.

I love this store, it is so big and beautiful. Amazing friendly staff and expert vendors from various brands available for your make up, hair and skin care consultations. A lot of great make up, hair and skin care there. They carry the full By Terry Beauty, RMS Beauty, Darphin, Glam Glow, Chantecaille, Laura Mercier, Christophe Robin Hair Care, R & Co, Living Proof, Oribe... Lots of parking in the lot, many places to eat and coffee.
