This is the BEST Physical Therapy I have ever been to! They are helpful and have only your best interest at heart. I had two surgeries on my hip and shortly after that, the Pandemic hit. It took some time for me to return. However, they begin with massage and stretching and while I am not perfect, I am much better! Try them, you'll like them!!!

Back in 2006 I received amazing treatment from Anthony. He is a true healer and extremely well versed. The front office called me early morning yesterday to let me know she is cancelling my appointments. She said I was not covered. I verified with both of my insurances there is no cap on Medicare patients. She was actually painful to talk to. I said I would verify what I already knew, which is I am covered for unlimited visits but pay in the interim. She said she was cancelling all of my appointments regardless. I have found a new and wonderful venue and am glad this came about as its been very hard to be received by an angry front office person when one is in pain or otherwise. Be very careful who you choose for your healing, so that the experience is productive and does not affect your health in any way but positive. As I thought there is no cap on Medicare or your supplementary insurance if you have this as I do. A new law was passed and put into affect January of this year with unlimited visits for PT. Best of luck!

I'd give Westlake PT 10 stars! Took my elderly mother there for a chronic shoulder issue, and for help with a balance problem due to spinal stenosis. Anthony is a "diamond in the rough" physical therapist. You'll be hard pressed to find this kind of professional, excellent care. Everyone on the staff is delightful and conscientious. Anthony has a genuine concern and focus on the issue he is treating and is very thorough with the therapy he decides is best. His calm, patient, caring demeanor is very refreshing and comforting. He always made my mom feel so at ease as she's quite skeptical and uneasy in any medical setting. He listens carefully, speaks instructions clearly... all with a sense of humor that will have you leaving the office with a smile! :) It's been 6 months and my mom's shoulder and balance has greatly improved! Many thanks to Anthony! God bless him and his amazing team! Nicky T. and Karen B.

Very professional, friendly and clean. Morgan at the front desk set the tone for me. He was so professional and friendly. The therapist working on me was Denise. For being so petite she packs a punch. She explained in detail what was wrong and her plan to fix my broken butt (not really my butt but close enough). Dr. Brashner office is across the hall and he asked Denise to come talk to me during my appointment with him. I felt very comfortable with both of them. Highly recommend!

If I could give Anthony more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat! He, by far, is the best physical therapist I have ever been to. Not only does he never make you feel rushed, he answers every question with detail, patience and professionalism. It's clear he is very knowledgeable as I've seen huge results in the short time I've been coming to this practice. He also has a phenomenal staff who genuinely care about their patient. If you need physical therapy, Anthony is definitely the one to see!

Love this place. Everyone is friendly & kind. The staff listens and they work their magic. The PT I see is Anthony. He is very knowledgeable. He listens, is kind, always a smile on his face and an asset to the facility.

Anthony and the WPT staff are amazing! Anthony shows that he cares about the needs of his patients and works alongside them on their road to recovery no matter how long it takes. The staff is welcoming, helpful and so kind. I'm so thankful that I was able to find such a professional, accommodating and welcoming place for my post-op recovery! I could not recommend this place enough. If I could rate above 5 stars, I would!

Just awful! I went there with lots of pain, and after few weeks of therapy and paying almost $1000.00 co pay I still felt same and no improvement, so I stopped going there and started to go to SCOI physical therapy and within two weeks I was much better, and saw lots of improvements. I totally recommend SCOI physical therapy in Thousand Oaks, because they are very knowledgeable, caring and organized and they actually wants you to feel better and I actually took my 15yrs old daughter there too after a sport injury. We both are much better now and I'm so happy I didn't continue my rehabilitations at Westlake Physical Therapy. It became so obvious to me that they don't care about their patients, in fact they never called me back to see why I stopped going ... yes that's how much they care!
