Excellent service! I called about a car I saw online and Natali Norton took great care of me. She was prompt, very knowledgeable about the car and its options, and she was so polite. I could literally hear her running down the hall while on the phone to get me linked up with the sales manager. Made a deal with Jake over the phone and picked up the car a few days later. The finance manager was great, no high pressure tactics and very transparent. The process was smooth from start to finish. They literally put a big bow on the car when I picked it up, just like the commercials. Everyone at the dealership was professional. It was a VIP experience from start to finish!

I was sort of shocked TBH. I sold cars in my early 20's and didn't like it. I didn't like how pushy you were forced to be and how everything was to buy this now, today, before you leave high pressure. As a result I never go to a car lot during business hours. I found a car I liked and I called and spoke with Glauco Pergolizzi. The guy was awesome. Not even an iota of pushiness or anything of the sort. It's the first time I bought a car that was this easy. Great experience! Thank You!

I'd like to extend my thanks to Finance Manager Julie Warr, who kindly took the time to help me resolve an unnecessarily frustrating situation with Hyundai Finance related to receipt of the title to our Tucson. I arrived today with no appointment, frustrated at the prolonged delay in receiving our paperwork. Calls to Hyundai Finance were fruitless. A trip to the DMV ended up being a waste of time. On a busy Monday, Julie took the time to help me and resolved the issue (related to an odometer disclosure form that I incorrectly submitted). If not for Julie's kindness, patience and "whatever can I do to help you fix this" attitude, I'd still be back at square one. I trust the owners of O'Gara Coach know what a treasure they have in Julie. Now I know it too. THANY YOU JULIE!!!!!

Let me preface this by saying that I usually don't take the time to write reviews. It's also a bit ironic, in my mind, that I'm writing this for a car dealership [given the reputation they typically have]. I had a serious and reoccurring issue with my vehicle and had it at Service for a few weeks. This can be frustrating for anyone, but my experience was nothing short of SPECTACULAR, especially due to the above and beyond efforts of the Service team led by Lamarr (huge shoutout here!!). Below is a quick list-based summary of what I experienced: - Communication. Reached out almost daily to provide status updates. - Accommodation. Went out of their way to get me into a loaner vehicle even though they were out of loaners. From a customer service / success perspective, this group maintains world-class standards, and I'm sure any customer that goes here will experience the same.

First, I would like to thank Jaqui for coordinating the car service with such professionalism. My experience here was beyond great! The service team took my car in after a bad experience at the Santa Barbara Maserati dealership. They took really good care of my car and I picked it up looking brand new. Andrea was also great in coordinating rentals. For all the Maserati owners in the area, I highly recommend this place for all service and repairs.

I have always had a great experience with O'Gara Coach! I just bought my third Maserati Gran Turismo from the dealership. This time I worked with Glauco Pergolizzi who was very professional and trustworthy. I was out-of-town when I saw the listing for the car and Glauco and I were able to negotiate the basics of a deal (including trade-in) before I got back in town. As soon as I returned to Westlake Village, we just verified in person what we represented over the phone and closed the deal. It was a great experience! Dave

Tried to schedule and appointment to take my car for service but they said they no longer have affiliation with Alfa Romeo! Not understanding it, yet have the brand name, advertising it but not selling or providing services, weird!

I'll never do business with them! when I returned my leased car someone from their team reviewed it and said it looked ok.. after 2 month I got an email that they are going to hold my deposit because of damages. I asked them to show me the damages and no one returned my call. I should have been persistent but I was just too busy. I have leased exotic cars and never had so much trouble! Never again with them!!
