Sadly, this is unprofessional and dishonest business. I am all for supporting local businesses however, in this case, I would not recommend this business to anyone. The uneducated and unprofessional reply speaks for itself. No resolution was provided at all and accompanied by an extremely rude and angry tone for wrongly charging for a service that was not fulfilled. I would recommend the owner and staff educate themselves before providing service and also please educate yourselves on how to be professional towards the customers.

AIM Mail center is a great small business that's worth your patronage. They pride themselves on being a shipping hub that works with all the major mail carriers – UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. This makes it a great one-stop-shop for those of us who frequently have shipping needs. Rather than visiting one of the big box shipping centers, I much prefer supporting a mail center that is independently owned. And it brings peace of mind knowing they will accept any of my packages, letters, or envelopes – regardless of the shipping company. The only drawback are the prices for shipping materials, which will be slightly higher than most franchised/corporately owned mail centers. I paid $4 for a small bubble mailer, for example. Even so, it's worth it just to skip the dreaded lines at USPS, UPS, and FedEx centers!

I've been here a few times and it's great! I'm pleasantly surprised at the high level of service and attention I get, but its not just me. I expect to pay a lot more for the shipping options I'm given, but Matt and the others really work to find the best deal on the fastest shipping. I bring what I need shipped and they have a box, packing material, tape, and anything else I probably need but don't have handy. They have a notary which is helpful, too. It's a great store and it's become my shipping department now.

I wish there was a way to give no stars. Both my husband and I dropped off our iPhones here as part of the Apple trade in program and our phones never made it to their destination. Apple received our boxes but said there was no phone inside and it looked like the boxes were tampered with. Someone at AIM Mail Center stole our phones!

Came here on a Saturday for notarizing two urgent declarations. Usually I go to a UPS store for this, but they don't commit to this service on Saturdays. I got excellent service by a fast and professional guy. Highly recommended!

I normally would have gone to the post office, but my wife suggested I go here after she heard from friends how nice and efficient they are. Well, AIM did not disappoint!I had to send roughly 50 packages to business colleagues. They:- checked each box to make sure they were sealed properly - did all of the labels for me from a printed list I had- didn't make me wait / offered to stay open late to finish them (I arrived 15 minutes before closing)- emailed me my receipts the following morningI was really pleased. They also saved me money by comparing the prices of usps/fedex/etc. I will go again.

Each and every time I go in this store, I am greeted with smiles. The gift merchandise draws me in and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. Thank you. Rose (Public Storage Lady)

I went in yesterday to drop of my UPS package. It was a very large bulky item, almost 4 feet x 2 feet x 1 feet. From the minute I opened the door, I got this unwelcome vibe from the lady behind the cash register. Maybe she didn't like the size of my item, maybe she didn't like me, but she gave me a cold glare as I struggled to bring it in. I tried to set it down to wait in line, the second I tried to put the item down, she told me to put it behind the register. So, I put it behind the register like she asked. Then she proceeds to chide me about how it was packaged. She stated that it would go back to Amazon, but it might be damaged, and if it was damaged she wouldn't take any responsibility for it. So, I told her that was fine, and then I stayed in line. She asked me what I was still doing there. I told her I thought she would give me a receipt for dropping off the item. She was like no, I'm not giving you a receipt because it will probably be damaged, but you can take it to a UPS location, and they might take your package, so that was exactly what I did and i didn't get the same shenanigans at the UPS down the street. So, why am I so aggrieved? 1. If she was going to not take responsibility for my package, why ask me to put it behind the register, especially when she sees it is a heavy, bulky item I am struggling with? 2. If you are not going to even give me a receipt, I'm going to assume you are going to throw the item away or resell it on ebay the minute I leave the store. It's shady. 3. You don't need to take attitude. Just say, "I am so sorry, but for your best interest I recommend that you go to the UPS down street to ensure that your item is properly returned."

dropped a time sensitive package off 2 days ago, checked the tracking number and it still hasn't even been handed off to USPS. It needed to be there before the 10ths, dropped it off on the 5th and now its the 7th. No way is it making there. REALLY DISAPPOINTED

I went here today to mail a medium sized flat rate box that, according to the USPS website, ships for $13.65. The woman behind the counter at AIM Mail Center typed a label and charged me $18.95 to ship the box. I had not expected to pay $5.30 cents more than I would have at the post office.

I dropped off a package at 3:45 for fed ex for an overnight delivery. When it didn't arrive today I went into the store to find out what had happened. I was informed that Fed ex comes at 3:30 and I had missed the cutoff. When I asked why they hadn't mentioned that yesterday, I was very rudely informed that is wasn't her Jon to tell me o has missed it and it is my responsibility to inquire if I was so concerned about it. The unapologetic and extremely rude way I was treated today will ensure I NEVeR use this place again and you can be sure, I will inform all of my friends and neighbors. Shiva, Thank you for taking the time to comment and your private apology. I am changing my feedback to reflect the quick and polite response to the way my encounter was handled.

Recently, I sent off nine boxes weighing 37 pounds apiece containing 500 silver rounds in each box. These were being sent to a bullion dealer in Las Vegas from the AIM mailing center in Westlake Village. I was somewhat nervous about sending the boxes off as there was considerable value in the shipment. The boxes all arrived in such a speedy and professional manner that my transaction was completed in record time. I cannot thank the team and owner of AIM enough and I would not hesitate to send my most precious of shipments through them. They are the "go to" place for everyone in my family.
