This Staple location is always clean and neat. The floor staff are friendly and helpful. Their prices are competitive and I like their rewards program. Without a doubt I would recommend Staples for your office/household/gift card, etc. needs!

The Staples rewards program apparently requires that I download and use the Staples app. I have NO interest in polluting my phone with the Staples app, so it looks like I'll be unable to use the reward points. If Staples made it so that I can use reward points at the in-store point of sale -- i.e., have my rewards points visible and available to the cashier after I login to my account at the register -- I might change my evaluation.

My go to spot for any last minute items that I can’t get from Amazon in time. The price points here are fair and there is plenty of free parking out front. The employees are always helpful. One time a lady brought out a ladder to help me retrieve some shipping labels that they keep out of easy reach.
I’ve been here to grab printing paper, and cables for my printer to hook up to a computer. They have chargers for any kind of phone or tablet.
You can sign up for rewards points that are redeemable in-store or online. They offer subscription services to items online too.
I’ve come by to get business cards printed and they do a great job.
Also there are plenty of snacks at checkout and fun pens that are hard to pass on!

This store is very unprofessional. They are understaffed and are not accommodating to customers due to that understaffing.

I have never received worst service in my life.
I came in on a Monday afternoon (1pm) and hopped in the long line. By the time I made it to the front of the line, I realized that 1/2 of the printers were not working and that's what was slowing things down a bit. Totally fine- I had plenty of time to spare before heading back to work.
Here is what was not totally fine-
1. The woman working in the print area raising her voice at a customer and telling him that she doesn't even work there full time, this isn't her main store, these aren't her problems, and that he shouldn't be "fussing" at him. This was her response when he politely asked how could customer service at this store be improved because often times there isn't much help in the print area.
2. I patiently waited over 20 minutes to receive the Staples code, and I was the first person in line so it was my turn to use the printer but still didn't receive anything so I started to ask this same woman for assistance.
I waited until we made eye contact and I said "Hi, is it possible for-" before she threw up her hand and told me "You're gonna need to wait to talk to me because i just got finished with this man fussing at me, I don't need everyone fussing at me". These initiated a very heated and hostile back and forth conversation between the two of us.
As a result, she told me that because I asked her not to speak to me that way (I let her know that she could've said "i'll be right with you") that she would have me waiting here even longer and she won't be answering my question. With a smile on her face. DIABOLICAL.
I truly don't understand why she's in a customer facing role and cussing and fighting with customers when the issue is with Staples being understaffed/ broken machines.
3. The manager, or the man that she informed us all that was the store manager, Luis, witnessed her yelling at customers. There were 6 altercations between her and customers within the 45 minutes that I stood in line waiting for my email from staples print me. 7 including my conversation with her.
4. This woman also walked away from the print station, leaving it unattended and announced that she needed to go take her medication. If her taking her medication has anything to do with her behavior and temperament, she needs to be removed from customer facing role immediately. Additionally, this should not be announced to everyone. It's unprofessional.
5. After 35 minutes, I receive the code, print out my single page doc and guess what? it's blurry. So Luis tells me to try again to send it a different way. After I have already spent my entire time in store sending this image as a forwarded message, a small attachment, a medium attachment and as a file.
6.Finally I decide to take the L, as I am cutting it close to getting back to work. At this point I will have to reschedule my upcoming work call. No big deal. So I ask Luis to refund me and to which he says, he cannot since someone started a job on the machine after me. So not only did I spend an hour here, got nothing printed, but also lost money out of my own pocket.
Before leaving I did let Luis know that that woman was completely out of line in the way she spoke with customers. I might have been the 3rd of 4th person to tell him this that I witnessed in my lengthy visit.
Oh and as I was leaving, I looked to my left and saw her face to face with another man yelling in his face. Crazy that this is allowed.
I won't be uploading this incident with video and photos at this time. I will be waiting for a response from Staples regarding the service I received today, and a refund for the services that I did not receive before escalating this incident with evidence.&l

I see why the reviews are low! Bad customer service in person and bad customer service over the phone. That store is like a cemetery, yet I was left on hold for over a half an hour, and I had 1 simple question. Not 1 job I've ever had that dealt with the public, was the phone allowed to ring several times, nor place someone on hold over 3 mins with no acknowledgment!

Shonte Walter, is the so genuinely sweet and sincere! Best Staples experience ever!!! The way she seamlessly managed a sudden influx of customers, the way she greets you with such positive energy, and the way she makes sure each and every person is well taken care of.
Pretty please do upgrade her to management and bonus her. Her friendly demeanor and competency should definitely be recognized and rewarded. And please give her direct reports to help her because the store seems understaffed in the copy center and wonderful people, like Shonte need to properly resourced and taken care of so that they can continue to excel at providing outstanding service!!!

Extremely horrible service. Just witnessed a man, white middle aged in a grey staples shirt be inanely dismissive, patronizing and condescending to a 70+ year old women expressing her need for help for a fax in the self print area. She was in tears and he scoffed her off. When I stood up for her he dismissed me as well. If you are understaffed and unable to help, communicate that. I was appalled. I hope that lady was able to get the help she needed to fax her items. Do better

Closed!! How can they close early on their website? It says 7 PM?!?!!! I saw the older gentleman and a woman close up early, laughing all the way to their cars. If the time is not correct on the website, then change it or it's false information! This is so inconvenient.

This review is for the Westchester store. Very disappointing customer service. I purchased an item online, as it was not available in the store. The item needed to be returned, so I went to the store to do the return. The clerk told me that since I ordered online I had to return it by mail. I went home and called Customer Service and was informed that I could definitely return it to the store. I returned to the store with all my paperwork in hand. Again, I was informed they could not accept the return at the store. I asked for the manager. He was unbelievably rude and told me that it was time for him to go home and he was "off the clock". He walked out. The next "manager". told me to just leave the item with her and wait to see a credit show up by email. I was not going to just leave the item without any proof. I insisted that she sign my receipt that she took possession of the item. Now I have to wait who knows how long to see a credit show up in my email. Then I have to go backs to the storer to make my purchase or order online and wait for it to be delivered. It will take at least 3 trips to the store to do a return! Unacceptable! Additionally, the store is sorely short-staffed. I'll go to Office Depot next time.
