it's a damn shame that you can't go shopping anymore without having to call her to unlock a cage. The damn thieves have ruined it for everybody. Walmart really need to get it together on this issue.

Tried getting help from several employees to open the formula glass , everyone was super rude and ignored me and my wife . After waiting ten minutes I walked around and found the person with the key . Probably the rudest people I've encountered.

Socks and underwear locked behind doors, no staff to assist and not all staff had keys. I left after 10 minutes - terrible experience and I won't frequent them again. The Walmart stores in Florida have never had these items locked behind doors : sounds like an enforcement of existing laws or west Sacramento doesn't have law enforcement?Sad, that our country has come to having everything locked because of a few felons - take 'em out and eliminate them with extreme prejudice: shoot the bastards doing the stealing Sacramento area is not appealing nor the way I left it years ago! This issue just justifies the area where I currently reside - free Florida Kalifornia is a third world country that I believed I Would never see, not in my lifetime, but Ever-!

Why have a store open at 6am but cant provide customers with what they need? I came into the store around 7:30am to get a few items before it got busy. I happened to pass by the clothing section and picked up two items to try on. As I headed over to three employees that were working right next to the fitting roo, I was told the fitting rooms were closed.I asked one of the cashiers if there was any way I could quickly try them and so she proceeded to ask someone in customer service and they responded with the same answer, "no".When there is no sign is posted near the fitting room area regarding when its going to open. I cant help but think that these employees just don't want to do their job and help customers.Such an inconvenience, but not surprised that this would happen at a walmart .

The Service at a Walmart, what Service? If there is any Service at all it's the crazed looked Carmen SanDiego gal from Loss Prevention drumm'in up some excitement by harassing some poor lady who without note stuck a tootsie roll in her pocket because she was having a senior moment, all the while some punk is walking past everyone and out the door with a 55" LED TV. Now the Ambiance is really a crapshoot if you ask me; depending on the day and if it lands at the beginning of the month or end can really make a huge difference on the Ambiance one will experience, but no matter what it's guaranteed to make or take your day. Don't say I never warned ya. For the food, as long as Maria's snot nose twins didn't hide your favorite Hungry Man frozen dinner in the pet food section behind some hamster food, and a week later gets put back in the freezer section...then the food is almost always on point, or within freshness dates and frozen never thawed. I give Walmart 5 out of 5 stars because it's Walmart and we demand cheap food and great entertainment, lol. Thanks Walmart.

Spent some time ordering from Walmart last night. 160.00 worth of groceries and the only thing delivered was dog and cat stuff. Bout 70 dollars worth of stuff. Then spent an hour arguing with the lady about how i NEED my money back so i can buy the food they did not deliver. I still had to pay about 9.00 in taxes for stuff i never got as well as a 7.98 cent charge for delivery. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM WALLMART.COM. Im so turned off by being ripped off i will NEVER shop WALLMART AGAIN!!! DID NOTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!!BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

If I could leave, no stars I would. I have been to this Walmart on three separate occasions, and all three times there's only three cashiers working at the lines go all the way through the clothes department. Self check out is open with absolutely no bags... The lion goes all the way through the produce area. Maybe you guys should get some f****** help. I came in here for a total of five things and I waited in line for over an hour. Absolute B******** The first of the month and you guys have to cash registers open at 6 o'clock pm. Trash.

On May 29th @approximately 23:18 I was leaving Walmart at 755 Riverpoint Ct in West Sacramento. I had just purchased supplies for a family member who recently came down with COVID. Upon approaching the door, I noticed 2 men quickly approaching the door. Once I got to do the door, there was a third male who was also an employee. Since the door was locked (because the store was at closing,) he had to unlock the door to let me out. The men surrounded me and one of the men who identified himself as Mark - head of security, asked to see my receipt. Now I thought this was strange since I had just walked away from the cashier who scanned, accepted payment for and bagged all of my items. I told him "no" and asked why he needed to see my receipt. Mark said "because I asked for it." I explained that it was not lawful for him to demand my receipt with no valid reason. California Penal Code 490.5 states: "(f)(1) A merchant may detain a person for a reasonable time for the purpose of conducting an investigation in a reasonable manner whenever the merchant has probable cause to believe the person to be detained is attempting to unlawfully take or has unlawfully taken merchandise from the merchants premises." -In short, a person would not have to stop or be detained unless that probable cause was present. Mark said he was the head of security and that he could do it if he wanted to and that I could not leave until I showed it. At this point I felt like I was being illegally detained and racially profiled, as I am an African American woman and was by myself, and because there was no valid reason for this behavior. Previous to this "Mark" was walking around yelling at people to not enter any aisles and to go to the register. I moved past him because I needed Tylenol. I found it and showed it to him on my way to the register to pay for my items. He made it his mission to meet me at the door after I paid for my items. I noticed that they were not doing this to everyone who was leaving the store, so I was, and still am confused as to why they singled me out. I have shopped at Walmart for many years and I know that the person at the door will ask to see a receipt if someone is leaving the store with un-bagged items, but not only were my items bagged, but they were bagged by the cashier. In addition to this, they NEVER asked to see my bag, nor did they look in it! If there was some suspicion of me illegally obtaining some items, I would think they would check my bag and not just look at my receipt. I am a well educated woman with an extensive knowledge of the law. I have NEVER stolen anything in my life and I was offended and very afraid of the intention of these men. One was very large and Mark looked like he may have previously been on drugs. I contemplated calling the West Sacramento police, but due to the urgent nature of my circumstances, I resolved to showing my receipts. They looked at my receipts and once again, never looked in or asked for my bags, and then opened the door to let me out but not before the very large man stated "you could've just given him your receipts." So even after they saw that there was absolutely NO REASON for their actions, they still weren't apologetic.
