Scamming, every where you look: I bought a cheap medical appliance, took it home... found it was an empty box.phoned to complain, girl on phone said bring it back... but I'm disabled and have to taxi everywhere, so would have cost me more to return to store than item cost... I explained this & she just rudely hung-up.Isn't it fraud to sell someone an empty box that's clearly suggesting you're buying an item inside? I guess not here.

Awful customer service. I am new to the pharmacy. I was told they may not be able to get my prescription. I called to see if they were able to get it becase it is almost time to refill. The pharmacy tech was very short with me and raised his voice at me for asking a question. He said I don't even have insurance on file for you. Do even have insurance? I gave my insurance to them two times previously. I said I am on my lunch and do not have my insurance card with me but gave my daughter's name and we have the same insurance. I also said I can drive over a third time to give it to you. He said I don't need or want your daughter's name or information. When I said told him he doesn't have to be rude. Explained I am new and calling for help. He said he wasn't rude. When I explained the way he was talking to me and what he said was rude he said I didn't say that. Going back to CVS. There is a reason they have 2 stars!

where to start, this store is terrible if you need any customer service. The photo department is totally unreliable and things that supposedly will be ready the same day takes weeks. I gave them several chances because their sales are good but I now go somewhere else cause I actually need things I order.

CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES!!!My OTC medication was 4 months past the expiration date. Maybe that's why it was on sale!

The pharmacist that works here during the day is the sweetest most caring person. She went out of her way to help with a prescription and I really appreciate it!

Store is unsanitary and unsafe, but that's not the target of my review. There's an employee (a shift lead, I believe) by the name of Artika. I've witnessed her completely disrespectful and degrading to other employees, especially ones of a lower position than her. I've asked her for help finding something in the store, she looked at me, gave me a dirty look completely ignored me. Every time I come into the store, she looks down at everyone. She completely bosses the other employees around, EVERY time i come into the store she's going off about something or giving someone attitude. I understand the need for employees at this time, but this woman seriously should not be working with the public. I'll be taking my business across the street to Rite Aid I guess.

This is the closest Walgreens to me and during the pandemic it was where I went for all my COVID shots. I just recently went back for the latest booster and a flu shot. The location has a good sized parking lot, but the building seems older, the floors look scuffed up and it's not as bright and new as some stores I've been to. As I mentioned, I usually come here for the pharmacy and each time I've been they seem really busy, not always with a line of people, but filling prescriptions, balancing calls, drive-ups and people in line and it can be a bit slow. For my latest booster I made an easy appointment online and showed up about ten minutes early. After I checked in I sat off to the side for a while while they helped some other customers and prepped my shots. As I was waiting I watched the staff hustle to help people as well as some confusion. One older man came saying he had received a call that he had a prescription ready but none was there to pick up. He walked away annoyed. The person who administered my shots was really nice and we made some small talk on top of the regular questions. It was quick and (almost) painless. I grabbed a few items on my way out and while I was in line there was confusion with another customer about the cologne case and the staff member said the key was missing. After that customer left and I was being checked out, another staff member came up looking for the man saying the key was at the register, but he had already been sent on his way.While I personally haven't had issues here, other than some long waits (even with an appointment). I have seen a lot of small interactions with confusion showing from the staff and customers.

Had an appt for a COVID test I scheduled a week ago. Got a reminder email this morning. Show up and get told they cancelled all tests for a week. Maybe should tell people that before they move their schedules around and drive all the way over.

It's sad to continue addressing the type of low budget Management that are hired at this location! Just recently 2 temporary managers were hired due to the former manager leaving. These 2 women ARE THE MOST RUDE, NON INFORMED AND EMPLOYEES THAT I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Let's not mention the Lack of empathy towards other employees, and the Power trip behavior! I have never worked for this company, however, I was witness to the way they spoke to an employee, as if they were their parent. 1 of the managers giggled after being informed that the pregnant employee was attacked by a customer, having urine thrown on her, and punched in the stomach! How could you have possibly found that to be funny?? I truly wanted to fix that smile on her face, but why stoop to the level of underpaid ignorance! You really shouldn't behave so cocky, when your income is the cost of a handbag! They need to humble themselves and learn how to be a great leader before God humble them.... Or possibly an employees parent!

They never have my kids prescription on file, they always say " there is none prescription for him" "we don't have any prescription at this moment for them" is a total joke. Every time I need to call the clinic and they are completely positive that my prescription were sent at the end of my kids appointment. Its just this Pharmacy staff. The worst
