I've had the great pleasure of working with Stacy for almost a decade now, and there is no better representative! We are a medical device manufacturer of large equipment pieces, and Stacy has looked after our account making sure our equipment shipments and customers are handled with the outmost care. She is extremely responsive (answers usually within minutes!) and is always quick to resolve any issues (if any), while being fair to the company she works for and her customer accounts. Stacy is an absolute professional and I hope to continue working with her for many years to come.

Right from the start they were very professional. But yet very personable. Kept me in the loop on delivery day. Who was coming, what time, what to expect. Made me feel they were available at anytime to answer any questions i had. I will and also would recommend anyone including friends or famiily in doing business with Ron and Carrie, at anytime. I have worked with Stacy at Valley Relocation & Storage for over 7 years. She has been a professional in every sense of the word. She delivers moving and packing services like a boss. Stacy is always reachable and addresses issues and understands the logistics industry. I have had her complete small moves of a single server and large moves involving many racks of equipment.

Excellent response working with Valley Relocation and Storage. Personnel are very professional, extremely friendly, reliable and quick to respond to any issues regarding a relocation, picking up material and delivery of equipment. They will handle any issue to completion and easy to work with.....nothing but the best!!

We used Valley Relocation for our move from No California to So Arizona. We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service, in person by Les giving us an in-home estimate, Cameron's responsiveness to our phone calls with questions and changes, and the actual movers who worked so hard on a stormy day wrapping our furniture securely and loading it for a safe move. It took them most of the day to load our things and we were there the whole time so we saw how hard and steady they all worked. They delivered our things 1 week later and we were just as pleased at the hard working and courteous movers who unloaded and continually checked with us to make sure boxes and items were placed where we wanted them. Fantastic job by all the personnel that we dealt with in our move. Everything arrived in great condition. No complaints from us. The cost for moving a house full of furniture and 1 vehicle is very costly but well worth the price considering what we were paying for, and the piece of mind it gave us.

I used North American to pack my household goods and ship my furniture from Sacramento, CA to Mobile, AL. When my goods arrived in Mobile, I discovered that ALL of my xbox games ($2,000 worth) did not make the trip. After submitting a claim for the games, I was told that all the boxes were accounted for, which means that the packers they use stole the games. When I asked them to make good on the claim, I was told that it ISN'T THIER ISSUE BECAUSE ALL THE BOXES WERE ACCOUNTED FOR!!! They told me I needed to file a police report and take it up with my home owners. When I asked them what responsibility they had for their packing team stealing my property and was told that they have no responsibility over their packing team. Don't use this vendor!!!

Based on a move with Valley Relocation and Storage (West Sacramento, CA) this past summer (2021), I recommend the following: A qualified attorney should be present during all interactions with the estimator. The attorney should review all documents, and should be on-call during the packing, loading, and delivery processes. Over the course of the move, one should anticipate an adversarial or quasi-adversarial relationship with Valley Relocation.

It's very rare for me to write a review but after working with Valley Relocation, I felt I should share my experience. Valley Relocation was scheduled to deliver office furniture on Monday between 12-4 PM. I got a call at 2:30 PM saying the drivers were held up and would need to reschedule. Fine, I get it, it happens. We reschedule for Tuesday between 12-4 PM. No one showed up and no phone call. I left several messages for a representative Heaven (3 voicemails over 2 days) and she never called me back. I did get a hold of someone else there, Britney who said the delivery is now scheduled for Wednesday between 12-4 PM. Once again, no one showed up and no phone calls. As someone who works in customer service, this experience was atrocious. So much of my time was wasted when clear communication could have prevented that. I would strongly urge anyone reading this to find another company to work with. Valley Relocation has set the bar so, so low I can't imagine how any other moving company could do worse. Don't walk, run from Valley Relocation!

Good communication from beginning to endAccurate estimate for the move. The packers were efficient and careful with our belongingsWe got an exact date for delivery and the unpackers showed up promptly and worked steadily to get all our items into the correct rooms. Only a couple of small items were damaged. Not significant. Overall, a very good moving experience
