Where is my package????? I wasted my day waiting to receive 2 small packages that were to be "delivered" by 7pm. We made plans around this delivery that rwuired a signatire. Then at 6:53pm I get an Exception text. ONLY TEXT I've gotten with an update after signing up. It says they attempted to deliver but Missed because we weren't home to receive the package. Complete BS. We were literally next to the door the entire time, At the 6:30pm time they claim to have shown up (Nothing on our camera, and nothing in our Ring Camera by the way) we were actually outside BY THE FRONT DOOR at the time they claimed to have attempted to deliver it. Worthless.

Super slow delivery keep getting delayed, I check the gps map every hour, the truck is just keep going farther away from my address, even the delivery started around near my location.So I will give no star if I can ,

I will say ups is the worst shipping service I have ever used in my life I am considering a law suit after the gross mishandling of thousands of dollars worth of inventory for my store Their customer service is full of lies each person has had a different answer and no one even knows their own policiesHands down the worst company to use

Class action lawsuit needs to happen. UPS shouldn't be in business if they're unable to do the only job they have. I was supposed to start a new job two days ago and they sent me my computer. UPS lied and said they tried to deliver. I was sitting in my living room from 6am to 8pm. Where is the accountability?

Terrible, the worst experience ever. They will not give me my package, even when I went there. They want to keep it from 12/30/2022 and deliver 1/3/2023.... why? I am already there to pick it up and save you the trouble... it is not enough that they are late on the delivery, now they want to keep it longer. IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE !! I don't even know why department stores use UPS.

Ample parking. Needed to get a Saturday delivery out a bit late for the ups stores. Went here. Got in and got handled under 5 minutes.

Amazon brings a lot of noise pollution and traffic to the neighborhood. Some of their employees litter the nearby streets with bags of fast food joints

How can you be so wrong about the delivery time of packages so often? I wait for 5 hour for my package and once again it's going to be hours later. I live downtown, so it's not like I can trust the package to be here when I get home. Why don't you hire someone from Amazon to run you IT system, because YOU SUCK AT YOUR PRIMARY JOB!!!!

Once again (third time) I ordered some cigars and paid NEXT DAY shipping fees and what do you know, UPS can't get it together and deliver as promised. I received a notification there would be a one day delay for my package due to "Extreme Weather" in Louisville Kentucky. Problem is UPS must forget people have internet access and we can look weather up for any location. So it seems that UPS is collecting fees for next day shipping, delivering 2nd day and making up some horseshit story there was "extreme weather". I wouldn't have paid for next day shipping if I didn't need the package here the next day. Then I called to make a complaint and I got the run around and the lady I spoke to at the local Sacramento location hung up on me while I was still talking!! This company is not the good company it used to be. Its a sad state of affairs when the US postal service is more reliable than a private company. It's absolute trash. I'll never use UPS again if I can avoid it.

UPS Deliveries have become problematic AND it is a nightmare to report problems. My packages have been gone through somewhere in the course of delivery. They have been dropped off in unsafe spots -- not at my front door, and they have been delivered to the wrong address. Then they make it difficult to report and are insistent on how they cannot help. I no longer use UPS unless I must.
