Attn: TARGET REGIONAL MANAGER or GENERAL MANAGER this complaint is about the nightmare nighttime cashier who typically works near the customer service desk. He is extremely annoying and trust me customers don't want to be hostages to his singing, overly loud unnecessary conversations and useless facts that are uninvited. Besides customers having to hear that crap, think about his coworkers who are stuck and have to be polite. I know I couldn't handle having to hear him for a shift. Maybe he's part of employee turnover? Example 15 minutes ago he sang to two groups of customers at closing time. His hands stopped working while singing. My gawd let us go! Stop his nonsense or find a back room job for him that will be a better fit for us customers. People complain about him. Seriously be an undercover boss and see for yourself. Please.

I went here with a list of items that was confusing I usually go to the other big store in West Sacramento and the service is not good however I approached an associate ask asked for assistance but another associate that was of duty helped me find everything I was looking for now that’s what I call customer service if this employee reads this tell him I said thank you I don’t my daughters shopping list is confusing and he really helped me out a lot and every time I’ve came it’s been the same they will stop working and help you instead of ignoring you

I believe his name was John Chico. He said he was the highest point of contacting the store. There was no one else higher than him and he did a awful job of telling me that the product was not there even though it says it’s online and could be ready in two hours. He just didn’t want to do his job. He should not be in management at all. Definitely his title away from him He had me waste 45 minutes of my time to only find out that it was in the store. He just was too lazy to go Because of that, I will not be shopping at the store any longer. I asked to speak to the manager, but he told me he was the store Which I know is absolutely false

My visit to the location was nice I was able to easily locate what I needed and even picked up a couple other things that were priced perfect!Overall it was a nice visit the staff was nice and helpful much appreciated!

I took my return to the customer service window - no waiting - was greeted by a pleasant, smiling person who processed my return and I was on my way in less than a minute :)

I was scheduled to pick up order, first time at this location. Unable to find spots, app had option to park in front of the store with hazard lights on which I did. Waited for 20 minutes (after my 12 hr shift) with the note on my app saying 'someone is getting your order ready". Called the store and was hung up on 3x. Finally reached someone and notified where to go after waiting so long. I work near this target but will never go here again. If unable to reach target staff after another attempt, I would have happy left my items and asked for a refund. Huge headache. Please make directions more clear.

Some cereal was priced to Highway robbery. Speaking of such its sad to see this happening and no one does anything especiallyTarget.. The rest of us has to pay with inflated prices to pay for Target's lack of enforcement. This place needs more help in the aisles, or scanners, prices on product and not labeled, and with opened packages. Hard to find basic items as even help doesn't know where product is or if it's on the shelf.

We call this place the Soviet target. For example, try buying ice cream and maybe there's two flavors. To their credit, at least they have replaced the empty shelves by removing the shelves entirely
