“My wife and I were in the J street store yesterday. We were helped by a young lady Mya she was so very patient and courteous my wife tried on a lot of different shoes. Mya stayed with us the whole time, witch was about 2 hours with a smile on her face and Excellent customer service. I will go back to this store just for the customer service.”

“Hands down the best western wear and cowboy boot shop in Sacramento! I've been to every big chain and smaller stores around town, and Enrique (the owner) at Boot Town is great. They are a relatively new store and the layout is impressive.Tons of boots to choose from, work, cowboy and exotics with a nice selection of garments and hats.Ended up leaving with several pairs of boots and a jacket and Enrique answered all my questions about various leathers etc, and was very helpful.The prices are competitive if not better than most while having the customer services of a small business owner that cares.100% recommend a visit.”

“The people were are very helpful and several staff offered to help us. My daughter ended up walking out with these horrible pink sparkle boots, but she loves them. they had a pretty good selection though not everything was in all sizes. However, you can order things in your size and get them shipped to the store if they don't have them.”

When he moved away. They even assisted me with mailing his suit choices to TX. Can't wait for the online service and we will be permanently loyal customers! “This store is hands down one of the coolest I've been to in Sacramento.. the owners of this business are real nice and informative on their shoe selection.. i really appreciate them ! I will be coming back to purchase more shoes from them and they said they have food posted outside for sale ! Definitely recommend coming here for your shoe needs rather than those shoe stores that charge double the price for a pair of Jordans !”
“As soon as I entered the store, I was immediately acknowledged by a sales clerk who was extremely knowledgeable about the store inventory. She could tell I was in a hurry and adjusted herself accordingly without compromising the quality of service I was receiving and at the same time staying in sales rep mode. She had such a a tremendous pleasant personality that there will be no other place I shop for clothes. Keep in mind, I am a Walmart and thrift store kind of guy and was not expecting to pay what I did for what I bought. Dxl is no Walmart. They carry quality clothes that I know will last longer fit better and most importantly , save me time. The price is irrelevant and by no means unreasonable. What a great store.”

“For the girls closing on May 9th, thank you for being so helpful picking out boots tonight. I have issues with my feet and am super picky with boots. One of the girls was able to break down how certain leathers wear and how certain stitching affects them and it helped so much. I was so wrapped up in picking them out I didn’t realize I stayed 20 minutes after 8. They were so kind and patient. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch their names. Please give them all the credit for doing a great job!”

“My wife had a field day here thanks to Dan A!!! Thank you so much bc she bought the whole store out! Well almost! Can I tell you we had driven a hundred times past this store??? Bc my wife retired from working at the Med Center & basically can only wear good supportive shoes due to her plantar fasciitis, neuromas, flat feet, high arches & osteoarthritis in her knee. Yup! Ever since the Walking Store closed their doors she needed to find a local shoe store where she can try on shoes IN PERSON!!! They have been closed for over 4 years though they are online only. Online sucks for her. She needs to try on shoes in person. She prefers to buy shoes close by to home. Unfortunately Nordstrom's closed their doors at Arden. We could probably go to the Rack. Nawww not the same service. Dan basically gave my wife personal service! She got spoiled here! Dan even brought out shoes from the back not shown out on display in the shoe store. There were a few styles she never heard before and needed to try them on in the store. They even sell Hokas & Aetrex here! She was so HAPPY & totally in SHOE HEAVEN! Woohoo! Thank you Dan for taking care of my wife bc we will absolutely be back! My wife is so happy. She bought 5 pairs of shoes & a pair of Aetrex orthotics! Thanks DAN A!!! It was my wife's first time in this store & it will NOT be her last! She almost went again today! Heehee. Oh btw shoes here are not a dime a piece. You must be ready to spend a fortune. But excellent quality does come at a PRICE. Dan told my wife the busiest day in the store is Monday. Bc people from the industry shop here more so than the weekends. She just so happened to appear the following day...”

“Greeted upon arrival and was walked through the scanning process with care. I was able to try three recommended styled one of which was perfect! I was informed about after care and the offer to bring them in to be oiled once a month. Overall, really grateful for the excellent service that made this a quick easy experience.”

“Champs Sports is one of the sports stores I visit every time when I'm in Arden Fair Mall. The store has a traditional interior design and a classic storefront. But they offer a very good selection of sports shoes, clothes, and other sports related products. The store is not too big. It is easy to shop. The sales associates are polite and helpful.”

“This store has a good selection of Skechers which is why we come here. Also plenty of parking outside of the store.We were greeted right away and staff told us to let them know if we had any questions.One issue I have is it is sometimes hard to find a certain size and my husband needs Wide shoes which they don't seem to have as much selection. They sometimes have some good deals so look around for the signs or ask the staff.”
