Always get the service and advice I need when buying products. The service is always excellent. The ladies are friendly and courteous. The prices are very reasonable. If you're in doubt stop in and listen to the advice from the ladies. They won't steer you wrong.

I ordered 2 hour delivery on 1/17 for bleach and developer, I just want to say whoever wrote the little notes on the products i love you and appreciate you taking the time to do that <3 you are the sweetest and it made my day so thank you very much

I came to Sally beauty clueless about which product to purchase. The two sales reps were very informative about how the product I was interested functioned. They helped me locate the product and also offered me advice about extra protection for my hair. Great customer service.

I have not really had the need to patron here as I generally get my stuff at Walmart or online but dying my hair regularly has been costly and my friend says, "Do it yourself but go to Sally's and get something good. They have better quality than Clairol." Okay so I go and have no idea what I am doing and Adriana helped me out and got me set with what I needed for less than $20. Other than me making a hot mess in my bathroom, the color worked out and I saved a ton. Thirty days later the color has faded so I needed a refill and Adriana was there to my rescue again. I decided the bowl was too messy and she got me set with a squeeze bottle. I asked if there was a funnel to get it in there and she says, "no you squeeze it directly into the bottle and shake." Well Duh. We looked at some other products and she answered all of my questions. I really appreciated how so very nice and helpful she was. Good service is so hard to find. Looking forward to my next visit! Thanks Adriana!

I've been to this Sally Beauty Supply twice now and have had an excellent experience both times. I live in Davis and since there is no Sally's in Davis my options are to go to West Sacramento or Woodland. Both times I've gone I've had excellent customer service and have always had all my questions answered. There are a lot of products to choose from and sometimes it can feel overwhelming to navigate without some guidance to help you. The first time I came in it was to talk about hair dye and to make sure I had all of the supplies to dye my hair at home. The second time that I came in more recently, it was to buy some leave in conditioner. They sell a generic brand of the leave in conditioner It's a 10, but since they were out of stock when I came I bought the It's a 10 with Keratin brand name product instead. Overall, after two good experiences here I definitely plan on coming back.

They did not have regular store hours today but opened late due to inventory. I guess they don't care about customers. The darker women said she was sick and the thin manager said just stay. Despite being in a pandemic she doesn't care or understand and I wanted to avoid the sick one but I will avoid the entire store.

Hello friendz!! I am a licensed Cosmetologist. I used to only buy my hair, skin & nail supplies at a store that only sold to licensed stylists. For some reason I ended up at Sally's. I was pleasantly surprised on what products they offered. The STAFF are friendly, talented & knowledgeable!! They have great deals & sales. And now offer much more "name brands " really good ones!! I highly recommend SALLY'S!!

In the area and needed some hair products, plus who doesn't love a fun trip to the beauty store, just because? I love the customer experience at the Sally's I patronize; not that I expect it but I like to call out I always have a great experience (and over-shop!). This visit was different. My first time at the West Sac store; I entered and two employees were at the front around a merchandise cart and didn't greet (again, not an expectation). I wander through the store to look for the products I came for see another employee in the stock room who comes out walks right past...nothing. A few minutes later two other customer walk in and the two employees in unison, "Welcome in!" I thought wow that's weird maybe it's me lol so I wrapped up my visit, didn't over shop, got to the cash register and still not greeted or asked if I found what I needed; I finally relented against my own will (I came for a specific product may as well ask since I am here), and one of the people offered to help as I was leaving, once I made the ask. My shopping experience was in stark contrast to all the other Sally stores I visit so I wouldn't return unless I didn't have a choice.

When I asked the staff about coloring my hair they gave me info about whether the color would show, because I have really dark, thick hair; they went into detail about the coloring and recommended me what colors to get and told me about the brand. Nice people.

Sally always carries high quality hair color items. I don't buy hair color items at Target or other pharmacies, because I like to mix and blend my coloring supplies. they also carry high quality professional hair brushes, which I purchased my brushes here. They are still pretty low on a lot of supplies due to the pandemic, but they said it was much worse in the beginning.

ZERO customer service on behalf of Christina the key holder ("manager" on duty). I have been coming here for yeeeeaaarrrrs! Not sure if she is new but when a store requires you to wear a mask the minimum that an establishment SHOULD do is to provide them to you! Not try to sell you a pack for $46!!! I'm sure I wasn't the only ex loyal customer to be turned down away for not having a mask! Makes the employees look lazy and not motivated to work. An experienced manager would have opened a pack and handed them to customers instead of turning them away, like does Christina not know where her checks really come from? Girl bye, Get-It-Together #RetrainChristina I recommend just going to any private owned beauty supply stores which is what I should have done from the beginning . I have a feeling they are less likely to turn you away because they actually want your business. Date of visit: 06/03/20 @ 530pm
