Didn’t realize they don’t open until 9 am today… but I did notice that all the parking in front of the store is taken up by employees. Who does that? Not great customer service to take those parking spots ALL DAY LONG!! Really!

Went to check out this Ross and thought I’d park in the shade and eat my lunch in the car. I was one bite into my sandwich when I hear a loud speaker telling me to get off the property as they do not allow loitering from the security camera. I definitely did not go in and never will. Nice customer service as I wasn’t even allowed to sit in my car in the parking lot. You will never see my business.

I was denied use of the restroom because they said it was down. Didn't even try to accommodate. I suppose none of Ross's workers were allowed to and or even have or have had access to the propertys restroom. Couldn't even shop comfortably after that so I left. No sign up front either regarding the restroom situation.
I'm just going to leave this right here. . .
Effective January 1, 2023, AB 1632 will require a place of business that is open to the general public for the sale of goods, and that has a toilet facility for its employees to allow any individual who is lawfully on the premises of that place of business to use that toilet facility during normal business hours, even if the place of business does not normally make the employee toilet facility available to the general public.
Businesses are subject to a civil penalty for a willful or grossly negligent violation of this requirement. However, businesses may not be sued for a violation as the bill does not create a private right of action.
Individuals with specified medical conditions have the right to access non-public restrooms if a public restroom is not immediately accessible to the individual, and as long as providing access would not create an obvious security risk to the place of business.
Businesses may require the individual to present reasonable evidence of an eligible medical condition or use of an ostomy device. That proof can include a signed statement by a licensed physician. The California Department of Public Health will also provide a form on its internet website that may be provided as evidence of the medical condition.

My visit here with my kiddos was great, my daughters were able to pick some great toys that were of perfect value. I was glad there wasn't any of craziness going on with people trying to steal large amounts of items, the security staff was on hand and available which made us feel safe while doing some light shopping.Overall Thank you for making this a wonderful visit to the location!
