My SUV is anything but reliable. Two months since purchased and it's dead in my driveway! And the extended warranty is NOT registered or recognized. And, the fod key to vehicle does NOT work. I have to call a locksmith, then a tow truck, then figure out what is wrong and the cost of it. When I reached out to the dealer, they responded with call customer service warranty department. Not even sorry for the car trouble they sold. They also scammed my trade in and sold it to someone knowing it had issues..for several thousand more than what they gave me..so shady!

One of their cars was swerving in and out of traffic on hwy 80 with no directional signal, complete disregard for other life on the road. Shameful.

If I could give this company a negative star, I would. This company is doing business as Reliable Home Solutions. They are not “reliable” and their “solutions” are extremely slow in coming. In December, 2020, I ordered a Silvercrest model 400 sq. ft. manufactured home, built in Corona, Ca. It was delivered in early April, 2021. I had my contractor build additional stairs and a ramp for easy access to my new home. Once I moved in (mid-April, 2021), I found multiple issues with the unit. Among the problems: stickers on all windows and the kitchen counter (I paid for removal), splatters of paint on the majority of the flooring throughout, heating/ac unit incorrectly wired, a side access door that would not close completely (took several weeks to correct), a grab bar in the shower installed at shoulder height, rough cut cheap plywood on the railing of the exterior porch, a sliding glass door screen that was nearly impossible to open and close, a broken fan in the refrigerator that caused food to spoil, and flooring that was bubbled and rippled throughout the unit. The two most serious problems were the heating/ac unit and the flooring. The owner of Liberty Housing, Inc, DBA Reliable Home Solutions, blames everything on the manufacturer and that once the unit was manufactured, transportation from Southern California by truck is to blame. While a few things that I have encountered may be due to transport, there is no way that the majority of these problems were due to transportation nor do I believe that I am the only customer, in the years Gene Davis has been operating his company, to have had problems with a manufactured home. He also told my daughter that Silvercrest was hard to deal with and they had been having problems with the manufacturer lately. My question is, “Then why not look for another manufacturer?”The heating/ac unit (apparently known as a PTAC) took more than 6 weeks to correct. (We burned up our cell phones calling Reliable Home Solutions.) During that time we encountered a cold snap and many days of excessive heat, necessitating me having to move back into my daughter’s home several times. Silvercrest, the Corona, Ca manufacturer of my unit, sent a technician to my home twice. They only “reset” the unit, they did not look into actually fixing it. Bobby V, a salesman for Reliable Home Solutions, “reset” the unit, which did nothing! (To his credit, Bobby did bring and install a window a/c unit.) Reliable Home Solutions also paid for an electrician to come out and look at all the electrical to my unit but they were unable to fix the heating/ac either. It was only after those 6+ weeks that Warner, a 3rd party contractor for Reliable Home Solutions, actually replaced the unit and seriously looked at the wiring between the heating/ac unit AND the thermostat, was the issue finally corrected. The flooring is still an issue and also took nearly 6 weeks to be offered a resolution by Gene Davis and it is a poor offer. That seems to be the timeline for this company when it comes to dispute resolution. I am supposed to have a seven-year warranty on my manufactured home but apparently the transport from Southern California negates that!I was so excited to have my own living space when I first ordered this unit. To say I was robbed of the joy to be in my own home is an understatement.Do yourself a favor when shopping for alternative housing—research, research, research! And avoid Liberty Housing DBA Reliable Home Solutions of West Sacramento like it was the plague.

I wish I could give a negative star rating. This company requires the balance of payment BEFORE delivery of the home. So that means if there are any problems with the home (which is a manufactured model from Southern California), there is no urgency on the part of the seller or manufacturer to respond. The main problem with this home was my HVAC unit--in this case a PTAC unit--was non-operational for at least 6 weeks after I moved in. (We had a cold snap and excessive heat during this time, necessitating me to move back into the main house several times.) The manufacturer sent a technician twice but all that was done was a "reset", which did nothing. It took the seller's technician to replace the unit and then only by carefully examining the wiring between the PTAC unit and the thermostat was it discovered the wiring in the PTAC was incorrect. Why wouldn't the manufacturer's technician have taken the time to look more closely at the unit? There are many more issues that impacted what should have been a happy experience but they are too numerous to put in this review. To say I was robbed of the joy of having my own space, is accurate. Do your research and avoid Reliable Home Solutions in West Sacramento. They are not "reliable" and their "solutions" are slow in coming.

This company targets elderly people by saying their home is in foreclosure or that there are liens against them. From what I can surmise, they do this in the hopes of buying their home. They go to great lengths to do this by calling numerous times on a home line & any cell phones attached to the person they target. Basically, harass an individual by pressuring. In my experiences with them, they target elderly. They've been asked to stop calling, blocked on cell lines but they continue. Horrible people
