I have finally found the best Pharmacy ever! They know my name when I'm standing in line as they retrieve my prescriptions. I feel like it's a Boutique Pharmacy that my Insurance recommended. Very personally attentive & very helpful

Check the dates on the fruit trays. I bought 3 of the $7.99 trays, brought them home, one was expired. My fault for not checking expiration dates.

I recently purchased a two-pack of untrimmed tri tip here at this Raley's. For $38 it was a great deal! When I began trimming the meat to my liking I noticed one of them had several large and bloody lymph nodes under the fat resting on the meat. Normally lymph nodes are pale in color but they swell with blood when infected, and it is normally recommended to not eat meat that contains infected lymph nodes. I called the meat department manager just to let them know that other packages could be the same, but I am surprised that infected lymph nodes would be in the meat at any Raley's as I used to work for the company and know their standards are very high.

I just left Raley's in West Sac. I don't come here all the time because I cannot stand waiting in line for 20 minutes to get checked out. Checker was hauling a** and working hard ... bagger was so slow the checker had to bag half the order for her. Manager was overseeing the self-checkout where there was nobody and she was pretending to look busy wiping the counter, checking stock in the refrigerators next to the checkout stands but did nothing to help the buried checker. The slow bagger went to the only other open check stand and very casually filled the bags like she was on some sort of downer, she was so slow. They never have enough check out help. The quality of the food has gotten better and the store is cleaner than it used to be but I still prefer Nugget. I just didn't want to drive that far tonight. Raley's prices are almost where Nugget is anyway so most times it is worth the drive. They have plenty of checkers and baggers and you don't have to wait so long.

Tho I have written reviews before - Perhaps the Management NEEDS to read the reviews (not just mine but others) - Absolute the WORST customer service of ALL time for a Grocery store (and especially for a Raleys - which I have been going to for years and years) Except for a couple exceptions, the staff is more concerned about where they are going after work to party, or checking their twitter account A couple of days ago at least 9 employees did not even greet me? ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!~ Common courtesy in any retail environment to at least "greet" - and perhaps ask if I can help you? NO EXCUSES!!

I will not shop at this location anymore after today. I will go miles out of my way to shop at the West Sacramento Nugget and Trader Joe's. Every time I shop at this Raley's location, I find expired food, this is totally unacceptable, especially for fresh meat. I always bring it to the managers attention, so I can only believe that it is a store requirement/company policy for them to leave expired items on their shelves until someone complains. I used Instacart a lot during the pandemic and never had them shop for me at Raley's because I didn't want to chance getting expired food. See the picture I attached, today is 5/11/21 and there are at least six packages of expired chicken, one of which expired on 5/7/21.

Chinese Hot Wok!!! I really like the Chinese food there but the people who work at the Chinese Wok place very rude no customer service when in their at 5:15 I wanted something that they were out of and I asked if they can make more she said no because they close at 7 and the cook wants to leave early but he was in the back making a fresh batch of chow mein so I ask for the manager she started giving me attitude and laughing telling me I need to come back tomorrow could being absolutely rude as I'm on my way to leave she starts talking about me in their language and they both start laughing I know what they said because my girl speaks their language food is excellent but the girl that's named Abby that works there very rude needs to be trained on her customer service skills and learn not to talk about people in their language in front of them.Chinese Hot Wok

I love the ecart services at this location they always have time slots available and the clerks are very friendly. My experiences inside the store have also been good, it's always been busy when I've gone and could have used more checkers.
