Took my work truck to them because the competitor could not get the shake out of the truck after buying new tires from them.
Radial tire, they rebalanced and fixed my vibration.

I am traveling through the US from Canada and after coming through the California Redwoods I heard a strange noise coming from the front wheels of my 34' motorhome. I was concerned my front brake pads had worn down. I stopped in without an appointment and requested they remove a front wheel so I could inspect the brake pads. Richard was most accommodating and Joe removed the wheel and I discovered all was good. They did this for a small nominal fee and I was on my way in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend Radial Tire. So nice an out of towner wasn't taken advantage of. Thanks guys!

Wow this place is amazing! They were so sweet even when I was super stressed! I hit something on the freeway that my car hated! All the warning lights came on and I was so scared! But the people were so kind and even though they couldn't fix everything they checked my tires, acknowledged me, and helped get me to the next step! So grateful!

Used to be the best place around for commercial tires.
Not any more.
Recently, bought multiple tires with installation .
They inflated all tires with different pressure.
Side by side tires where 75psi one and 128psi another.
Need to find another shop.

Extremely dissapointed with this place, I bring my truck in fairly regularly for allignments. This last time they called and said they couldnt do the alignment because one of the adjustment tabs was installed baclwards and strut needed to come out. Thats weird because they have done the alignment on it the last 3 times and never mentioned it. Probably why my front tires comtinue to wear uneven. This wasnt even the biggest issue. I gave approval to remove the strut and fix it. I guess they needed to pull my fuse box to do so and when they put it back they left the harness just dangling freely and didnt reinstall the wire loom leaving main harness and wires completely exposed. But wait it gets better during this process they hooked my aftermaket running lights back on wrong fuse causing a short destroying my $600 aftermarket headlights. Calledthe manager and his response was "well ill have a talk with the technician. Dont go here no pride in the work or care. Just want to get you in and out.

We were heading to Giants game from Nevada and our truck broke down. We found this place barley making it down the road and they squeezed us in and got us out of there in a few hours! Service was amazing and fast!
