I came in as a walk in this morning. I filled out my information on the kiosk, then sat(only about 10 minutes) and waited for my name to be called. The woman that helped me was friendly (had beautiful earrings on) and knew exactly what she was doing when drawing my blood! completely painless ? very happy with my experience here. I will definitely be back to this location

I’m very pleased with our experience. The nurse treated my mom with respect and she was very nice ? We booked an appointment and they took us right in! My mom’s appointment was at 3:10, and we were already leaving the parking lot for home by 3:15. Also, they have really cute stickers ?

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! I am horrified of how inhumane my son and I were treated there. I understand people have their own problems, but for the sake of the children, please show up to your job and be professional about it. You never know what shoes someone may be walking in and one day you might be in theirs! April Flores, please kindly fire Sara Nickson! Incompationate waste of a person!

MANAGEMENT !! you guys need to retrain your staff or go over the rules again or something because they are treating patients very very poorly there are many reviews about how they treat people and you guys are doing nothing about it. walk-ins are either scared away or they have to wait hours and hours were there is no appointments in the waiting area For well over their grace. There is also a screen that patients can see of how many people are being served and how many people are on the appointment list you guys need to do better you can do better employees are just there for the money not the patients and that is not fair for the sick. Go there as a standby because they really have to go. If you guys don't like standbys, get rid of the option to check in as a standby so everybody would have to make an appointment. They have a disgusting attitude towards the people who they need to be serving. Very unprofessional !!

Quest Diagnostics Lab in West Sacramento, Stone Blvd. is the most terrible and vicious test lab. If you're a walk in, and you are not a white race, they'll give you a bitter lesson. You can't ask any employee. Having no appointment is just an excuse for abusive treatment of people they don't like. They'll make you sit and wait for nothing, and you know there is no client inside the lab. No one to talk to. You wait and wait until the lab close or you quit after hours of waiting.

Disappointing customer service! I’ve interacted with this middle-aged short-haired woman a few times, and every single time she sounded very rude & offensive!Quest District Manager, are you finally gonna do something about it?!!Because there were a couple other people in the waiting room who definitely shared the same opinion, specifically about the aforementioned individual!More vigorous training to teach the staff how to appropriately interact with the clients would be a very good start I guess!

They wait times are horrible, there's no way to easily drop off samples, no way to contact testing locations, and they seem to ask for all my basic information every time I go despite them re-entering it in the computer each time?! If you have an testing facility, go there! Avoid this company at all costs.

I've never been to this location as there is one closer to me. But I tried as a stand by at my location a week before and it was too busy. I scheduled the next, closest time appointment and it scheduled me for this location. When I went in for my appointment I was told I need to reschedule because they can't do my test because they are the only location that closes for lunch. She didn't offer me any solutions, like come back when we reopen. She basically threw my paperwork back at me. I left furious and crying. I have children and work and taking more time off doesn't work for me. They were so rude and unhelpful and I needed this done today so it can be processed before my next ob appointment. I would avoid this location at all costs next time, even though it's still in the same building as my doctor.

Rude staff! Not at all happy with their handling of patients. Don't you guys have a district manager who would read all these negative reviews and shake things up a little bit, or they don't care enough about their customer service quality since they have scored the lab monopoly here?!

Currently sitting here waiting to get blood work done. The older worker went to break and the young worker said she didn't call me back to do my blood work because she is waiting on the older worker to come back from break. And I am the only person in here. Like just do you job instead of waiting on your co-worker. And I have an appointment,so this didn't make any sense to me. She was more concerned about taking a break then doing her job. Then bad mouth the older worker to me about how long it was taking for her to come back from break.Never will come back here.

I had an 8:20 appointment. Finished checking in at 8:18. Call in less than a minute later. Out the door by 8:23. And friendly, careful person took my blood. Could not ask for a better experience
