I hate Penske truck rental because we have the truck back today because they said we could but then when we did they wanted to charge us for another day end then she wants to charge us 400 dollars that b**** didn't want to get on the phone when I really wanted to talk to me because of the policy. I hope you all don't rent from Penske .

We rented a 16 footer last year (2021) and Ken was amazing. He got us a 26 footer for the same price since none were available. I had never driven a 16 footer, and was really nervous. But Ken helped reduce the anxiety. All in all, amazing people, amazing customer service. Thank you Ken!

Penske saved me! Uhaul quoted me an outrageous price for a one way move out of state. Called these guys and Jeff saved the day. He offered me a way to be able to move that I could afford. He gave me several honest options to get this move done. Will never use any truck rental other than penske and will always recommend this company to any family or friends.

Looking for a truck rental? Look elsewhere. Reserved a refrigerator truck a month before a venue event for 500 people and get a call one day before saying they don't have a truck for me. Yes you read that right. ONE DAY BEFORE. Nothing more horrible than this. Oh wait there is. District manager Katie hangs up on me as I'm trying to explain to her the situation and wont even pick up when I call. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their response "we're sorry we didn't call you earlier thats our mistake." Yes you should get fired for that.
